Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

Du kommer ikke nærmere naturen - med en glassfasade på nærmere 30 kvm har du følelsen av å sitte ute mens du sitter inne. Apart from this, you will find a small cafeteria (open during summer), a local shop, post office, school and kindergarden. Husøya provides a quiet, good location for mountain hiking and fishing trips.
