I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

Het is een prima huis voor een paar dagen. Schoon , alles erop en aan. Een aanrader.

Ich habe die Unterkunft gebucht, da ich beruflich zur Messe in Köln war. Im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation sehr einfach und sehr freundlich. Der Check-in reibungslos, die Ausstattung wie angegeben und auch der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

My stay here was excellent, I have no complaints and in fact only positive things to say. Luc and his wife were great hosts and the place was very cozy.

Viktoria und Ihre Familie sind soo herzig gewesen, haben uns super Tipps gegeben. Waren immer für uns da, man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt :) Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen :) Herzlichen Dank für alles ihr seit wirklich tolle Gastgeber :) Wir 6 Ladies haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt

Die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten, was man braucht und Udo hatte immer Zeit für einen kurzen Plausch. Die Lage war für ein verlängertes Wochenende und einen direkten Start zum Wandern bestens geeignet.

Een mooi appartement in een nieuwe rustige buurt! het is precies zoals de foto's. je voelt je echt te gast, aan alles is gedacht, wees niet bang dat je iets vergeet want het is aanwezig in het appartement, ook lekkere badjassen! het grootste pluspunt vinden wij toch wel de jacuzzi en de buitenruimte die erg privé en rustig is, voor koude avonden is er een terrasverwarmer. we raden zeker aan om dit appartement te boeken

L’appartement est magnifique, très propre et idéalement situé dans un environnement agréable. Henriette a été particulièrement réactive et arrangeante, notamment pour l’heure d’arrivée, malgré le retard de notre train. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Cologne, et ce logement y a largement contribué. Nous recommandons vivement !

Wij hadden heerlijke dagen in het huis van Sebastiaan. Het huis is ruim voor 6 personen met verschillende plekken om lekker te zitten , een gezellige goed uitgeruste eetkeuken, goede 2 persoons bedden en een prachtig gelegen tuin, waar het goed vertoeven is. Sippenaken is een uitstekend uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes en fietstochtjes in de regio en vanuit het huisje ben je zo op een mooi wandelpad door het Geuldal. Voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis tijdens dit AGR weekend🚴🚴

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und ganz ruhige Lage. Super freundliche Gastgeberin. Schnelle Kommunikation. Würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Vielen Dank für alles

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Hallschlag ☺️ Der Check In hat problemlos funktioniert und das Haus war sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und man kann von dort aus schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We stayed at Tom and Brigitte’s cottage in Lanaken for over three months, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. From day one, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. They were always quick to help with anything we needed. Even for the smallest issues, they took the time to visit the property just to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Their warmth and care truly made a difference. The cottage itself had such a homey and cozy feel. It very quickly felt like our own little retreat. The holiday park is also a beautiful place to be; we really enjoyed the peaceful walks and scenic bike rides through the area. If this was our experience over a long-term stay, I can only imagine how pleasant and smooth a short stay would be! We wholeheartedly recommend this place for both short and long visits, and we hope to return in the future.

Schönes, ruhiges Haus mit guter Aufteilung und ausreichend Platz. Ideal für unsere Reisegruppe mit mehreren Familien und Kindern. Gerne wieder🙂👍

Très agréable maison avec un extérieur. Le logement est particulièrement proche de Phantasialand, ce qui facilite le séjour. Peter s'est tenu à disposition, ce qui est facilité par le fait qu'il habite juste à côté. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à plusieurs pour Phantasialand ou même Cologne et Bonn qui sont à moins d'une heure en voiture.

Alles genau wie beschrieben, tolle Kommunikation und großartige Persönlichkeiten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Was nicht in der Beschreibung stand und super war: den ganzen Tag bekommt man Sonne in den Wohnraum;) Dankeschön für die Zeit.

We were three adults. Our stay at Mr. Norbert's penthouse was spectacular. The space met all our needs. Public transportation was easy to access and there was a supermarket nearby. The kitchen was functional and had all the necessary accessories and utensils. The bathrooms were good, the bedroom and mattress were comfortable, and the inflatable mattress was good. In short, the stay was perfect. The host was very kind and always available with quick responses. The apartment served as a base for our trips around Europe. We approve and recommend the apartment.

Der Aufenthalt bei Timo war super, Alles sauber, ruhige Lage, unkomplizierterer Check -in und Check-Out , Öffis nur kurz über die Straße, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen, was will man mehr. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

We had a fantastic 4 nights stay at this apartment, we chose here due to proximity to Phantasialand and for a day trip to Cologne. The apartment was superb for us and our two teens.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Jan war auch während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Unser Mitarbeiter hat sich wieder mehr als wohl gefühlt. Wir werden hier sicherlich noch öfter buchen!

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment from Birgit. The area around Bad Münstereifel is great for hiking and the small city offers lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Communication with Birgit is very easy, she was proactive and responded very fast.
