But if you've ever watched HGTV, you'll see that people across the country are creating short-term rentals out of all kinds of crazy things, from shipping containers and barns, to old warehouses. Well, in Cross Lanes WV, we took our cues from those folks on TV and created a short-term rental out of a storage unit! Conveniently located, just off I64, and only 1 mile to the Mardi Gras Casino.

Lovely, fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment with historic charm. Refinished hardwood floors and tons of natural light make this space beautiful and welcoming. Located the in the heart of small town Saint Albans, you’re just blocks away from dining options, library, coffee shop, and parks. Flat sidewalks make the neighborhood perfect for walking or running. Continental breakfast items provided for guests. Hot breakfast offered on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) upon request with 24 hour notice.

This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. This home offers a large kitchen and views of wildlife from every window. All this while only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, Shawnee Sports Complex and Hatfield and McCoy trails. We now have a small fenced area for pets to enjoy.
