Lower level of high ranch apartment includes large LR/kitchen, separate BR & private bath. Nice queen bed with great new mattress, pullout couch in LR, laundry room, 2 TV's, Wifi, etc. It is a separate apartment from upstairs of house where I live. Quiet area of Huntington, easy access to train, LIE, etc although not much in walking distance. Off street parking for 1 car and that is all Im allowed to have per town short term rental rules.

Drive or boat in to town and have a lovely convenient place to stay close to everything. Dining, shopping, the park, and the Famous Engleman theater. It's a cozy place in which to stay for a work trip or a getaway. The space is accessible via a private entrance. The kitchen is equipped for most cooking needs and the TV has a Roku and an Xbox 360. Guests can use the patio where there is a bench swing, fire pit, and table and chairs for a meal outdoors. The owners live in the house above with their toddlers. You will hear footsteps of the people above and the toddlers playing.
