This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will have a view that shows no neighbors. Close to everything but it might as well be a thousand miles. It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Get "lost" to nature in this luxury house for two, located a 5 minute drive from Shy Beaver boat launch.
