North Brae Cottage, Staxigoe

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway which is nestled above the historic Staxigoe Harbour. The cottage would suit a family or group of like minded people looking for amazing sea views and nature on their doorstep. Staxigoe is the ideal place for cold water swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking. The beach behind the stack is the perfect place to look for shells or find hidden sea glass. Alternatively, simply relax in the sun lounge - you never know, you might see an orca!

The Old Smiddy, Huna, John O'Groats

Close to the village of John O' Groats and on the North Coast 500, the Old Smiddy (an old blacksmith's cottage) has been beautifully restored into a modern home, while keeping many of its original features. The cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 double bedrooms (both en-suite) and has a fold-away camp bed for use by a small child. The cottage offers beautiful sea views across the Pentland Firth to the Orkney Islands and is the perfect base for exploring Caithness, Sutherland and Orkney.

This converted building in the picturesque village of Melvich has been recently renovated and has amazing sea views including the Orkney islands! Offering WiFi, television, and off-road parking for one car. Also, with the new addition of a woodburning stove, you will certainly not be cold! Ideally situated for exploring the north of Sutherland and Caithness, this area is popular for walking, fishing, surfing, golfing and has one of the most beautiful beaches in the area!

This is one of the nicest houses in Thurso. it is located only five minutes from the centre of town and is a perfect base for enjoying the city and surrounding countryside. There is a private driveway and free off-street parking for up to 6 cars. This beautiful house has a full kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room and five bedrooms. Berriscue House is a beautiful, bespoke cottage - located in the centre of Thurso, hidden away from the world with a large walled garden and private entrance. Five minute walk from the beach. Everything you need for a cosy Scottish retreat! If booking the same day after 6pm please message as it may still be possible to book. If you require the extra bed in the living room, you must tell us in your initial message so we know to prepare this for you.

Pentland View Caravans-Victory

The Victory Baywood is a beautiful holiday home with double glazing and central heating. The main bedroom has full size king size bed with en suite toilet and hand basin. The twin room has full size single beds and there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge. The shower room has a large shower with toilet and hand basin. The spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area is equipped with full size cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and smart tv.

Haven Gore is situated on the famous North Coast 500 route, 2 miles from John O'Groats, overlooking stunning seaviews of the Orkney Islands. Just a short walk from Melvich beach great for swimming, fishing, surfing, or just a gentle stroll along the beach, a truly beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. The cottage whilst boasting all modern amenities still keeps a lot of its original features.

Firthview is located in a peaceful area from which to base yourself for an active holiday or relaxing retreat. Located just off the NC500 route in was completely refurbished in 2021. It sleeps 4 people and is available to rent all year round. This coastal cottage is part of a traditional croft-based smallholding in Caithness with views of the Pentland Firth, Orkney Islands and surrounding countryside.
