Mini A-Frame Emilio

Enjoy all the perks of outdoor living with a cozy full size bed and mini-split (AC & heat) in our Mini A-Frame cabins. We like to call it “comfort camping”. Each Mini A also includes a fire pit with grill plate, picnic table and porch front seating. Your Mini A is located on the back side of the 21 acre Base Camp property just a short distance to the modern shower house, restrooms, pond, kayaks, canoes and biking. Base Camp hosts 3 other Mini A-frames, 3 lake front cabins as well as RV hook-ups.

Grandma's Farm

Grandma's Farm, a family home with barn & garage located about 5 miles from town with 2.5 mi gravel road. The corral & barn stalls allow you the opportunity to give 2 horses a place to stay. Enjoy a relaxing stay & the sounds of nature on the porch swing that is attached to the wrap around porch when you stay at this unique place. Both Iola and Humboldt communities are within minutes of our beautiful homestead which gives you the perfect escape from town life. Southwind Rail Trail 1/2 mile away.

Completely brand new remodel from dated ranch house to modern farmhouse. Situated in charming Gas City minutes outside of Iola, home of the country’s largest town square. With a town motto like “Don’t pass Gas, stop and stay awhile” please stop and stay awhile in this beautiful home. No smoking and no pets indoors. Pets disclosed to host prior to visit can stay in the fenced backyard as long as any waste is disposed of properly. Any pets that are not disclosed will forfeit the security deposit.

Within two hours from Kansas City, Tulsa, Joplin or Wichita, and only 4 miles from Chanute Kansas, this preserved and revived cabin offers an easy getaway for city dwellers in need of a very affordable anniversary weekend, study or solitude retreat, or family hiking and fishing trip.

Relax with the family in our 100-year-old, single story, bungalow. We offer 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The interior is newly remodeled, including new central heat and air. We are still sprucing up the outside. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while relaxing on the large cozy front porch. Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College.

K’s Place Loft provides a central location of Downtown Chanute, KS. A spacious and stylish master suite that sleeps four easily along with a big living area that has a pull out full size bed that sleeps two or more to your liking. A dining room with a kitchen stocked with breakfast fixings that are sure to please!!! Also an amazing Coffee Station to get your day going. Be advised that there are 25 steps, but with a right hand railing, that lead to your destination of stay.

Our home was built in 1930 and we’ve made many updates to turn it into a charming home away from home! Each bedroom is spacious with a king bed. The large bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, ideal for a relaxing after a day of exploring the town. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and stocked with all the essentials. Conveniently located within walking distance of local shops & restaurants, come experience the beauty and comfort of small-town living at its finest.

Located in the historic King Bridge Company building on the southeast side of the largest town square in America that now houses Audacious Boutique, Alpha Dog, and 4Ms and a Silent Q Bookstore, this newly created apartment is great for exploring the area. Park your car and then use the local bike trail system to explore the newly created Lehigh Portland State Park.
