Fantastic three day getaway: hot tub with an ocean view, tremendously relaxing within the mist and rain of Humboldt County. Glorious king-sized *comfortable* bed. Fantastic reclining couch - even had games galore! Close to Big Lagoon, found some beautiful agates. With a view from almost every room, we were always looking out the windows. Great fire pit area - with yet another mesmerizing view! Definitely wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second stay at Delmar's home and we plan to stay again next year. That should sum up our satisfaction with our experience. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the private planes taking off and landing. It's an easy walk to the Gyppo Ale Mill, the light house and the extensive tide pools below. The home is well appointed, comfortable and sparkling clean.

We had another amazing stay at Jennifer's place! This was our second time back and it was just as good if not better than our first trip. The house is very quiet and has great views of the ocean. Everything was clean and very comfortable. This has become our go-to spot when staying in the area and we will be back soon!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house and entire property were amazing, even better than we could have imagined. We spent our days playing tag with the kids in the beautiful front yard, cooking warm meals together in the spacious kitchen, and relaxing by the stream where we even dipped our feet in while sitting on a small bridge. One of the highlights was having a picnic next to a gorgeous waterfall , truly unforgettable! It was everything I had hoped for and more for my birthday weekend. A perfect place to recharge before heading back to our regular routine.

Peaceful, well-equipped house just a stone's throw from the Eel River. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need - it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that the house, deck, and backyard are completely childproofed, making traveling with our toddler hassle-free. The location is convenient, only about 25 minutes drive to the southern entrance of Redwoods State Park, perfect for exploring the natural treasure.

The place was clean, with very detailed instructions and advice on local attractions (we ended up going directly to the zoo after check out). Response time was very quick with an equally quick turn-around time for check in given the short notice! I would highly recommend staying here the hot tub was great!

My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays out of town and we loved staying at the place we rented out for a week. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all the things we needed to clean, cook, etc. Also, having the beach right across from us was such a nice plus! I got to take my little fur baby out for a walk with my friends and we both enjoyed the nature and scenery.

It was beautiful! Definitely get there before it’s dark or else it could be confusing to get there.

The location of this house was gorgeous. We came for the redwoods but enjoyed so much more. We could walk to the park, the beach, tide pools, trails, restaurants, a coffee shop and the grocery store. The redwoods were only about 30 min away. We watched the sun setting over the ocean from the second story deck each evening when there was no fog. Trinidad is a great little village with friendly people. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful home! Location was great and felt secluded, bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed! Loved our mini stay and would love to come back if we're in the area again!

Words can’t fully capture how beautiful this place is—you truly have to experience it for yourself. The views are breathtaking, the garden is stunning, and the peaceful surroundings make it feel like a true escape. You’ll fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of the ocean. Perfect oceanfront stay with everything you need! The view is absolutely stunning—huge sliding glass doors and a spacious deck give you a front-row seat to the ocean at all times. Inside, the house is spotless and fully stocked in the kitchen. We loved relaxing in the large living room by the fireplace, and there was no shortage of things to do. My son and I loved playing ping pong and the fast Wi-Fi made everything easy. Being able to bring our dogs was a big plus. Peaceful, comfortable, and packed with amenities in such a beautiful oceanfront home — highly recommend!

Trinidad is such a gem! From Michelle's place, it's a short walk to some bluffs with an incredibe view, and a little further to beautiful Trinidad State Beach and Trinidad head. Michelle's place was just what we needed to relax and get cozy in between trips to nearby beaches, tide pools and redwoods. Michelle was very communicative and check-in and check-out was easy. Amazing place, the view from the bedroom is magical!! Really big space, we loved it.

The garden exceeded all my expectations, and the house was in a very easily accessible location. The instructions provided were clear and thorough, making everything seamless. As for the house itself — the photos don’t do it justice! The yard and the home are even more beautiful in person. We also felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Trinidad. Looking forward to visiting again and exploring even more of the area!

The house is absolutely beautiful!! So spacious, great location and that view is absolutely stunning!! We had a family emergency and had to leave fast, and the owners were very understanding and caring!! We cleaned as much as we could but had to jet back home. Highly recommend!!!!!

We had an amazing weekend at this home, morning coffee on the deck watching & listening to the ocean. It was so peaceful and beautiful, we would definitely stay here again.

Eric and Dorian were super easy to work with. Very responsive with communication and local tips. The place itself is amazing with fantastic views, beautiful garden and such a pleasant quaint town. Grocery, shops, restaurants, coffee shop, nice hiking trail right out front! The beach is visiible from the front deck with a nice short walk to both that and the pier. A fantastic spot to cook a nice meal in the kitchen or at the grill, lots of outdoor coffee and dining space. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub are super bonus on either a rainy day or a salty dip. We had both sun and rain the place is perfect for either. Thanks so much for sharing such a special property.

Fantastic location, just stunning views out over Clam Beach. Great deck to enjoy it on, and the Redwoods are close if you want a non beach hike. Highly recommend. Fast WiFi too, good enough for video calls.

Fantastic! I almost hate to say how great it was because I don’t want it to always be booked next time I want to stay. But to be fair, we loved it! It’s just as described with lots of room to spread out. We rented both sides of the duplex. The kitchen has the best amenities I’ve seen at an Airbnb so far, and I have stayed at dozens of Airbnbs. I would say for sure it’s a cooking kitchen and a chef‘s dream. Backyard is amazing, the beds were comfortable. There’s plenty of extra bedding and extra pillows which we loved because we’re used to sleeping with two pillows each. Everything is in great shape with solid construction and modern clean furniture. This time of year I especially loved the electric fireplace in the entertainment center, which was nice ambience and kicked out some cozy heat. My husband‘s favorite touch was the small fans in the bedrooms. We are already plotting our next stay!
