We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was beautiful. We enjoyed the veiw from the balcony to the privacy of the beach. It's was very peaceful. The added bonus was PJ the cat and a very friendly beach dog that stayed by our side when every we were outside. I even got to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the beach while he sat next to me. Two days later we had a very pleasant surprise of three puppies that started coming around. Being we are animal lovers, this made an already amazing trip even more perfect. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we could need. The detailed information the host provided was also very helpful. If we are lucky enough to return to PR we will definitely be booking again.

Comfortable and homely place to stay. Everything we needed was furnished. Pool and pool area was clean and perfect for spending a lot of time with our two young children. The beach at Punto Santiago was two minutes away, a local store at the end of the street and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. AC worked and water was hot. Host was easy to reach and car parking is secure. We loved our time there and would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning, with a spacious layout and all the comforts we needed. The yard and pool were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surrounding beach community was welcoming and made our trip even more special. We can't wait for our next visit—highly recommend!

We stayed 7 nights here. The view is AMAZING. The place was clean and had everything we needed. A few notes: 1. The drive. I will echo other reviews that the drive is quite daunting if you are not used to driving in Puerto Rico. The road up the mountain feels about 1.5 car widths wide so when others pass you have a VERY tight squeeze to pass. The road is very winding and steep! Google maps led us astray into a dead end with a scary steep incline. Apple Maps seemed to work better as it routed around that road. Yikes! —that being said, we were very glad we did one huge stop at Walmart on the way up, going down is not fun either and is around 30 minutes to a grocery store. 2. The pool. It is heated to a very warm temperature. This was AWESOME for some late night swims as the sun went down. There was usually a nice breeze all day so the warm pool was basically a necessity and much appreciated! 3. I was impressed that the WiFi was good enough to stream Netflix and other things. 10/10!

The host and the views are unmatched. Would book again every time. Comfortable and felt like home.

We had such an amazing time up in the mountains! That's our perfect vibe. The property is just amazing in itself. Beautiful view of San juan and the ocean off in the distance nestled way up on the mountain side. Someone has put lots of love into the plants and landscape. We could have just hung out at the house all day cooking food and chilling in the hot tub. Great trail few minutes away. We stayed on this side to goto the rainforest. The house had everything we needed and more. Nothing better than falling asleep listening to the songs of the Coqui frogs! 🐸 🐸 🐸

In the area for work and this was a good home base. Plenty of privacy and parking. There is a fantastic yard! Keys can be difficult on the front door and padlock but usually workable if you spend a little time with it. Manuel gave great local reccomendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Very nice home in Old San Juan. Beautiful scenery and surrounding architecture. A short walk from El Cafetin, La Factoria, Cafe con Ron, etc. Host was very attentive and provided easy instructions and even made some recommendations for excursions. If you’re renting a car be prepared to walk a lot. Near by parking garages were almost always at capacity. Doña Fela’s always seemed to have available parking but it is a 10 min walk from this stay.

This place is GORGEOUS! Great for those that love a place connected with nature. I really enjoyed my stay & hope to return soon!

Just a lovely place to stay. Laura is a kind, generous, and fantastic host. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. The place is gorgeous. This was our (me, wife, 17 year old son) first visit to PR and this beautiful spot in the mountains was such a great place to be. The view of the balcony is amazing. The hike down the lake and back is so fun. The fish were jumping like crazy. The museums she has created are remarkable and Laura is an expert historian. We did a bunch of day trips from the AirBNB which worked out well, though it did involve a lot of driving and exploring which I enjoy so that was all good. But we liked the space so much it was tough to leave each day. Thank you Senora Laura!

This place was cuter than the pictures. Loved the pretty porch lights around the house that made finding the house easy. Had everything me and my boyfriend needed for a couple of nights in the rain Forrest. Loved the sound of the rain as well as the animals throughout the night. It wasn’t too loud and very peaceful. Only 12 minutes from the beach. And 20 from the el Yunque tour we took. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Location was perfect and stay was great. Instructions easy to follow for check in and check out.

Can't say enough. By far the nicest host we have experience in Puerto Rico. Will be staying here again in the future.

If you want a place to just relax and get away this is the place! It’s close to the marina and lots of activities. I will definitely come back next time I come to Fajardo

Wonderful villa in the hills of Canovanas. The place was comfortable for 12 people. Beautiful views and seclusion.

Una experiencia maravillosa, no soy una persona que le guste acampar, la cabaña lo tenia todo, cada detalle para poder desconectarse con la montaña. Nuestras amistades estaban en sus campañas espectaculares y pudimos tener todas las comodidades de una lujosa cabaña. Adicional marilyn y johnny nos complacieron en todo y nos ayudaron a conseguir los mejores cupcakes del area para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi amiga. Nos sentíamos seguros y en casa! A+++++ host and best place we stayed at in Puerto Rico! Paradise!!! Super grateful for the space, it was such a joy to be here, so peaceful and beautiful! Do not hesitate to book here!!! The drive there is a little daunting but just go slow, take your time going around corners and you will be good to go.. definitely worth every penny and the drive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable Weekend Getaway! This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! The heated pool was the highlight—we spent so much time enjoying it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy with plenty of covers and sleeping essentials. We loved making a campfire for s’mores, and the fact that the river was just a 3-minute walk away was a huge plus. The surroundings were breathtaking, and we were within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant. Everything in the house was pristine, and the terrace was incredible—huge TV, tons of seating, and a table big enough for 12+ people! This place truly made for an unforgettable weekend with my family. Highly recommend!
