Welcome to a secluded lakeside location in Småland. This charming, modern house sits right by a spring fed lake, with a private jetty and rowing boat. Enjoy the tranquility, stunning views, and a morning swim. Explore the lake, go fishing or pick berries and mushrooms in the surrounding forest. The house is fully equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious terrace. Only 45 min from Astrid Lindgren’s World. Ideal for families and couples seeking peace and nature. Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.

West Hult- the Forest house.

Slappna av och njut i detta unika och nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i djupaste skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur och detta hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats.

Sommardröm nära till Hultsfred och Vimmerby

En klassisk torpstuga med mycket kultur och traditionskänsla som tillbyggds med en modern kök och badrumsdel. Fantastiskt läge mitt i den småländska åker och hagmarken. Stugan ligger i anslutning till byn Sönnerhult men i enskilt läge så man bara ser byn på håll. Passar för alla i en bygd som har allt från Astrid Lindgrens värld till utflyktsmål i Hultsfredsfestivalens spår. I närområdet finns älgpark, badplatser, sommarkaféer, äventyrspark, Emil i Lönnebergas Katthult och gårdsbutiker.

Stenhaga - hus vid egen sjö

Stenhaga, hus med sjötomt, ca 80 meter från vår egna sjö. Stort trädäck med bord och sittplatser. Liten sandstrand. Flytbrygga med badstege. Huset ligger nära Smedstugan, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Fiske ingår. Inplanerad lax. En fisk ingår i hyran därefter 100 kr / lax. Roddbåt ingår. Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Beautiful property by the river and lake in Alseda

Beautiful house 🏡 by the river Emån, Alseda 🌅Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot where you can swim 🏊‍♀️ You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden (3500 m2) to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym.The shower and bathroom is in the main house

Lantlig stuga nära Vimmerby.

Welcome to a charming farm cottage from the 1880s, just 10 minutes from Vimmerby. Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. Bring your own bed linen and towels, or rent for 100 SEK/set. Shower and washing machine in a separate room. Garden, forest and meadows nearby. Bathing spot 2.5 km away. Uncleaned stay will incur a cleaning fee of 500 SEK.

Mysig stuga på sjötomt med egen brygga och båt

Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.
