Great place with lots of additional perks!

Having a current child / Cadet at West Point and also another child / graduate of West Point , we always make it a point to stay at different Airbnbs in small towns around the USMA on both sides of the Hudson River . Melanie ‘s place was wonderful. Plenty of rooms/ beds for our Parent Weekend visit. Peaceful and safe location , yet a short 20 minute drive to the Academy . We felt right at home and look forward to staying at Melanie’s place again . The house was very clean and we had no issues at all !! Thank you

The home was located in a quiet neighborhood. Cheryl was great with everything. Check in was extremely easy, great communication. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and well organized. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. The whole experience was easy and flawless which makes for a nice trip.

Great space, very walkable to the historic district. We loved the big dining room and the parking is super handy.

We had a perfect stay at this home. It was exactly what we were looking for—peaceful, quiet, and in a beautiful spot. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We came to the area for hiking, and the location was ideal with some great trails nearby. It really felt like a relaxing getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Jonathan’s home was a great find - such a beautiful spot on the river. Everything about the home and property was as described and Jonathan was a friendly and communicative host. I would definitely book again!

My family and I fell in love with this place. When we arrived, we found the place very organized and it smelled very good. We will definitely return.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We stayed for 4 nights during our mini vacation and found the house to be very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Would stay again in the future.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

We have rented from Elias before. Great host. Cute property close to water park, skiing and hiking.

Incredible home! We spent the weekend here with our dog. The large fenced yard was amazing for her. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. The town is less than a 5-min drive, with wonderful cafes, restaurants, a grocery store and some cool shops. Great place all around and a good size for a larger family or small group of friends too. Thanks for a great weekend!

A gem in the Pocono mountains! Skippers place is perfect for a small group of travelers (and dogs!). It’s quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. There were plenty of fresh towels, seating spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen that was ready to go for our meals. However, if we wanted to go to town to eat, Skipper provided plenty of recommendations. The hot tub & wood burning fireplace was perfect for our long winter weekend getaway. The home is pristinely clean, washer & dryer available, dishwasher, and giant refrigerator. We couldn’t have selected a better option for our group! The beds were also extremely comfortable and perfect for us. Thank you very much for your hospitality! PS: Skipper is a great host and worked out an early arrival for us too!

As soon as you walk into this villa. You feel welcome. Full stocked coffee station. entry way is so welcoming. 55 and 65 inch smart tvs I. Every room. Spotless clean very comfortable beds. Back yard with hot tub bbq fire pit. Can’t say enough how perfect this house is. Thank you Nicholas for the best getaway. Can’t wait to stay here again. Our new home away from home. Our grandchildren loved it. Close to Kalahari water park. We will be booking very soon. Anna Cicio.

Wendy was an amazing host to both me and my cat! She was always responsive to any questions I had and the place was very well maintained!! The bed was so comfortable and I enjoyed cozying up with the fireplace at times! Highly recommend this to others it’s in a great location!!

The property was cozy and clean with great graden sitting are and almost everything you could need. Only qualm was that the property was advertised to have a fence but there isn’t one, there is a hedge but not a gate to make an enclosed space for a dog. This isn’t a huge deal because the beach is so close and great for walks just a minor disappoint other than that the place is incredibly cozy and we would be happy to stay here again

Ashley’s Grizzly Bear Lodge was perfect for what we needed. Very spacious, three bedrooms plus a loft, and a large living room. Super easy to check in and Ashley was easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Right down the road from the beach at lake George. She even left a full smores kit for us! Great host. Great listing. We will certainly book this lodge again for our next Lake George trip!

Great place have stayed twice now, little issues each time but she got it fixed right up!
