Great accomodation for a visit to New York. Hoboken is pleasant, the bus, train and ferry connections to Manhattan often and easy. Pubs and a supermarket around, the neighbourhood is enjoyable by day and quiet enough for a good sleep by night. Above that we felt safe the whole time. The flat was tidy and corresponded to the description. We liked to stay there as it is lovingly furnished and equipped with all the necessary things you need when being on tour. We appreciated the good bed for a good sleep, liked the design and enjoyed the many small amenities to discover bit by bit. Above that Tim and Dianna are very friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!!

Natalia‘s place was so great for our huge family even though it is a house divided into it is very roomy. The basement is big enough for the whole family and overall it’s just a great place you feel right at home. Highly recommend everything is walkable

It was right out of a dream, Washington street is one street down and it was filled with beautiful lights and delicious restaurants, the hosts were extremely eager to help with recommendations and when i couldn’t figure out how the oven worked (I thought it was broken) Aj sent someone over within 15 minutes to “fix” it and saved our supper! If ever we were to go back to manhattan we would stay here again without a doubt. Also 42nd street (times square) was only a 15 minute bus ride away

Geräumige und insbesondere zweckmässige Wohnung, an guter Lager und deshalb gute geeignet für Tagesausflüge nach Manhatten. Kommunikation und Informationen einwandfrei. Gerne wieder bei anderer Gelegenheit!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, tout était très bien. Les hôtes sont adorables et arrangeants. le logement est propre avec tous les produits de salle de bain disponibles ce qui est très appréciable. Pour un prochain séjour à NY, nous reviendrons ici.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hoboken. Beautiful location and amazing apartment. It had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of space for our family of four. Andrew and Marina were great hosts, thank you.

Das Quartier in Hoboken von Erin und Marc war für uns perfekt. So hatten wir einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in NYC; die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigten, das Bett sehr bequem, das Sofa ausklappbar und auch gut. Im Bad fanden wir neben Handtüchern auch Shampoon und eine Föhn. Die AC Heizung/Kühlung funktionierte top, die kleine Heizung im Bad auch. Die Kommunikation lief über Mail problemlos und schnell; die Schlüsselbox ermöglichte uns große Flexibilität. Das Haus in einer historischen Straße liegt in einer sicheren und ruhigen Umgebung; in wenigen Schritten findet man Restaurants und Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. In 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den PATH Zug in Hoboken von wo aus man zur 33th Strasse oder zum WTC fahren kann. Auch die Fähre vom WTC nach Hoboken kann man nehmen; der Bus 126 ist auch eine Alternative. Hoboken hat eine wunderbare Promenade mit Blick auf ganz Manhattan.

William’s place was in a great - location super central. Apartment was close PATH train which takes you straight into NYC, as well as being surrounded by Hoboken’s best restaurants & cafes. Apartment was clean and had all amenities listed. Thanks for having us!
