Отличный дом, очень просторный; есть вся нужная техника. Расположен в тихом месте, на отдалении от деревни. Удобно ходить в горы, дорога начинается прямо от ворот. Немного слабоват напор воды, но не критично.

La nature du lac Sevan est magnifique, mais les constructions autour sont chaotiques et peu esthétiques. Tellement dommage. Le logement ne paie pas de mine de l’extérieur, mais super à l’intérieur - tout bien aménagé et la baie vitrée donne l’impression d’être seul au monde en pleine nature. Chaud et chaleureux à l’intérieur. Tres propre et il y a tout le nécessaire. Très bonne idée d’avoir mis des jumelles à disposition. De bons restos à côté. Nous avons passé un bon moment

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

Everything is great as usually

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

Без проблем заселился немного позже, так как прилетал позже. Выглядит как на фото, всё идеально чисто и плюс тепло, интернет хорошо работает. Удобная локация. Очень приветливый host.

Apartment was very clean, met my requirements due to its special location, facilities and amenities offered.Hostess was very polite,helpful,and friendly.Supermarket,bus stop,parks, restaurants and cafe was just near the apartment.Thanks to the hostess I recommend.

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!
