Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei moderne Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 7 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

Our cozy apartment for 4-6 guests is in the center of Munich, only minutes walking distance to Maximilianstraße & Marienplatz, the Old Town and exclusive boutiques. The apartment is on the ground floor in the lovely Lehel neighbourhood, on a quiet side street. Three rooms offer great comfort and high-quality furniture with 2 new bathrooms , a new fully equipped kitchen, bed sheets, towels, appliances, internet, great mattresses & a Smart-TV. Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Kitchen, bathroom, & pantry with washing machine. Parties, smoking not allowed. Free parking in the building only on request when booking, later only a paid parking space is available. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

My Apartment is good for couples, solo adventure, Business traveler anf furry friends (pets). In a few minutes you are at Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and German Museum. Smoking is prohibited! Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!

This small, fine apartment is located in Munich's residential quarter Altstadt-Lehel, a 5-minute walk from the English Garden and Odeonsplatz. The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. The quiet 1 room apartment is like a hotel room (minibar, coffee maker, bathroom) with separate entrance and is located in a backyard.
