Cozy Country House Near Aroostook ATV Trails | Sleeps 6–10 Welcome to our peaceful retreat in Monticello, nestled in the heart of Aroostook County- Maine’s hidden gem known for its vast outdoor recreation, charming small towns, and access to Canadian adventures. This comfortable home sleeps 6 year-round and up to 10 guests from May through September with use of the fully enclosed porch, which features extra beds for warm-weather stays (not pictured).

Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
