Welcome to my comfortable home in the North East, ideal for professional workers, holidaymakers, and those visiting family and friends. You will have exclusive use of the entire house allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay in complete privacy. Accommodation includes a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, making it suitable for couples, families, friends, or work colleagues. Milburn Cottage2, is within Walking distance to everything you need in Sunderland, an abundance of pubs clubs and restaurants, to cater for all your tastes . You will love the super comfy beds, Super king size in the main bedroom ( this is a ziplink bed and can be made into 2 single beds, please state when booking if you require this option) And a single bed in the second bedroom. Light and spacious rooms with lovely decor. The cottage is only a five minute walk to Sunderland Empire, and city.

The Roker Retreat

Our Sea view apartment is ideally located with views over the iconic Roker pier and seafront. There are numerous eateries lining the coastal walk along the blue flag beaches to Whitburn Cliffs. The accommodation is set over two floors with all modern amenities including memory foam mattresses, egyptian cotton bedding, coffee machine and comfy sofas to relax in after a busy day exploring. Ideal location whether you're staying for a music concert, a family gathering or for exploring this region.

The Old Stable Cottage

Cosy open plan kitchen and living area. Well–equipped kitchen contains a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine with freezer in porch. Lounge has two comfortable sofas,(one converts into a double bed). Sky TV, DVD player and fibre optic broadband. Two first floor bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin with full size bunk beds). Each room has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Modern bathroom has a shower over a full size bath. Gas central heating throughout. Bedding/towels included.

Cosy base for exploring from or break up a journey

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing or to take a rest mid journey. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

The Old Barn @ Lamesley

This charming barn conversion with a lovely combination of stone and brickwork, has recently been fully refurbished. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in the picturesque village of Lamesley Pastures, situated on the outskirts of the city of Newcastle. The best of both worlds with ease of access to stunning countryside and only a mile from the A1. Sleeping four this luxurious barn is an excellent choice for as a peaceful retreat. DOGS MUST BE ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES!

Thistledowne (with an e) is a 3 bedroomed family house, also ideal for 3 or 4 friends, with cloakroom and conservatory; situated in a quiet area of Sunderland about 15 mins walk from the Stadium of Light. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Roker beach from where you can often see dolphins . Even closer are the National Glass Centre, Sunderland University's St. Peter's Campus and marina. Perfectly placed for early morning jogs or cycle rides either along the riverside or the seafront.

It is ideally located just on the northern outskirts of Durham City which is a 30 min walk or short taxi/bus ride away from the historic centre and 1.4 miles from Durham railway station.
