Our stay at Ingrid's was wonderful! We cooked all of our meals, and it helped that the place was well stocked with a huge fridge, and tons of counter space. It was the perfect driving distance between Gibsons and Sechelt, and we got lucky with the weather! It was quiet at night, and we felt very safe. The master bathroom was stunning, the soaking tub was great, the beds were comfortable and soft, the fire pit on the deck was cozy, the place was spotless and their sound system was great. Ingrid was a very helpful and responsive host, and the place was even more stunning than I could have imagined. We had the perfect weekend away! We can't wait to visit again soon.

We really enjoyed staying at Trevor and Amanda's place. It takes a few minutes to walk from the house to Whiterock beach with wonderful views and many cafes and restaurants. The place was great for our family of 4. We would definitely stay again.

Peter's place was perfect for our three nights on Galiano with our dogs. The house was comfortable and the view was exceptional! We had perfect weather to enjoy the patio and veranda, and it was a great base from which to explore the island. The location on Montague Harbour provided ready access to the Provincial park and we also travelled to several other locations for hikes and beach adventures. Larry welcomed us when we arrived and was available to answer questions as needed. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Galiano.

Beautiful quiet home. Big sunny deck lots of chairs and space for all 6 of us. Enjoyed the bbq. Private beach access. Modern clean cabin. Very comfy beds. Kids loved the bunk beds. Awesome to have access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Would love to come back. Highly recommend.

What an amazing view in a lovely town with great beach walks and hikes close by. Could not recommend this place more. Amanda is a fabulous host, full of great recommendations and made certain everything at the flat was to our liking. We will definitely be back! Did I mention the view from the flat and deck was amazing? Absolutely mesmerizing, especially on a full moon.

We had a wonderful relaxing family vacation at Libby’s place. The home was very comfortable. The views were stunning! Great place to stay.

This is a lovely place! The view was amazing, we actually saw orcas right out the front window one morning, as well as seals on a regular basis! There was plenty of room to have our son and his family come for meals. We had a great time!

What a gem of a property to stay at. The property is so well laid out and amenities are so close and convenient. The people at the resort were friendly and fun. The decor was so appealing and fit the vibe of the place so we'll. We enjoyed every second there. Thank you Cam & Carla!!

Loved the view! Quiet, clean, very well equipped kitchen. The hot tub and pool right on the ocean was pretty amazing!

This was one of the best stays in our lives. The place, the views, the feelings was something out of ordinary. We loved the place from the very first moment we found it on the Internet and loved it even more when we arrived there. I would definitely recommend this place and would really like to go back there as soon as we plan another vacation.

We had a fantastic four days in Birch Bay - such a beautiful spot, some nice local restaurants within walking distance and the perfect size for our family of four. My boys loved the pool (we always seemed to be the only ones there!) and the grounds were nice and quiet. Very helpful and responsive hosts too!

We had a lovely time staying in Tammy’s home. It was really clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. She is very responsive and we were able to check in a bit early on our arrival. The bed is very comfortable and there is a lovely view of the water from the patio. We would definitely stay here again! The resort has a tennis court, lots of grills, one campfire pit, dock for crabbing or boats, beach for clamming. The property is very well kept. Thanks again Tammy for such a lovely stay!

Pat's place is awesome. We, a family of four - two adults and two kids (one is at teen age and another one is younger), spent a great long weekend there. Bright, cozy condo with great view from almost any window. It fits all of us, has a nice kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heated pool with a hot tub, which we and kids enjoyed, just downstairs. The Bay is very good for paddle boarding. We did twice over our stay. If tide is low, you can reach a tiny island where you can find lots of purple and orange sea stars, crabs, and oysters. Ladysmith and Nanaimo suggest great dinner options. Nanaimo also has a nice walkable Marina merging into Maffeo Sutton park. If you like hikes, we tried Extension Ridge Trail hike near Nanaimo and can strongly recommend it to anyone. Malahat Tower is a fun place to visit, just one hour of driving from "Inn of the Sea" resort, we've been there, and were not disappointed. Will definitely stay again at Pat's place.

The stay at Jason's was peaceful and refreshing. It's a beautiful spot and nice and clean.

Really enjoyed this place…nice and private, very quiet, well equipped, lots of space as it is the entire ground floor of their home. Lots of light through south facing windows so doesn’t feel dungeony. Will come back on future visits to the area. The hot tub is always hot any time you want to go for a dip, nice touch during a freezing week in January!

Very lovely cabin with all the amenities! The views were amazing and it was a very cozy stay. They were very responsive to our inquiries and answered all our questions. Would recommend!

Beautiful location that felt close to nature yet also walkable to amenities. The view at the table while you eat breakfast is very peaceful. There was an occupant of the lower unit with two young children running around, so be mindful that there will be some shared noises. The hot tub, view, ample space and location made this an peaceful retreat for my family without having to isolate them; you can walk a few minutes and still get a great cup of coffee.

Gibsons is one of my favourite communities to visit in BC, third time now in the last few years. We have never had a chance to stay along the water so when we saw Ashley's unit available on AirBnB we spontaneously booked it and made the trip to Gibsons for the last few days of our time off. Such a beautiful and relaxing experience, and close to town if you want to walk to some of the great coffee shops and local restaurants. Being right along the water was refreshing in the mornings with our coffee (which Ashley has a great coffee machine), or relaxing in the afternoon reading inside on the couch that faced the ocean, or the evening post-meal walk on the sand and pebble beach. Excited to come back here in the future. Definitely recommend. Great value and great experience.

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful stay in Rachel's suite. The room is cosy, clean, and has gorgeous views of the ocean. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and look for seals. Everything is cosy, clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

Kristen was very responsive. Her place was very comfortable and just as she described it. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the views from the large deck were breathtaking. The location is perfect, lots to do, great location, and Kristen even provided crab for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back thats for sure!

It’s been a while that I felt the AirBnB experience was worth it. The place was fantastic. The views from the room and outside, hot tub, amenities provided, everything was top notch. Pantry had all the basic utensils, coffee, tea, condiments etc. And BBQ with attached stove was a blessing for us who likes to cook and have their Chai at least once a day. Would definitely recommend and would probably return to this place again if visiting Sechelt.
