Pheasant’s Rest, cosy hideaway, dog friendly

Our caravan, disguised as a cosy cabin, nestles to the side of our garden and has been totally restyled. Self check-in and a private entrance makes it easy to social distance, with footpaths and woodland all around there is an abundance of open space. In addition to following the enhance cleaning and sanitisation protocol, we are also keeping a 1 day window before and after each booking. Secluded, dog friendly and situated in walking distance of Bucks Mills beach and the South West Coast Path.

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

Little Hoops, cosy converted barn

Little Hoops is our cosy converted barn with original beams and underfloor heating throughout making it ideal for a break away at any time. We lovingly restored it with our family a number of years ago and have enjoyed making it a special place to stay, we often joke that it is far nicer than our own home! The barn has a courtyard garden with table and chairs and is close to the local pub, The Crealock Arms. The coast is a 10 min drive away while shops, cafes etc approx 5 mins in a car.

The beautiful rural village of Weare Giffard meanders along the banks of the river Torridge. The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. The compact accommodation is designed to make the most of the surrounding scenery. The Garden Room is but a stones throw from the Tarka Trail which provides over 70 miles of traffic-free cycling or walking. The North Devon coast and it’s beaches are a short drive away.

With your own dedicated parking on the owners' drive, open plan living space, cosy sitting area with wood-burner, king size bed, luxurious bathroom and private garden with decking. Perfect for al fresco BBQ's, morning coffee or evening aperitif soaking up the spectacular sunsets.

Cliff Cottage, Horns Cross, Peppercombe, Devon

Newly refurbished, semi-detached, three-bedroom country cottage, close to the beach of Peppercombe. Located on the coastal side of the A39, Cliff Cottage is ideally situated to explore the peaceful and unique coastline of Bideford Bay, from Westward Ho! to Hartland. Peppercombe is secretly known as one of the best beaches in North Devon. The walk through the valley and woods to the beach are owned by the National Trust and is the archetypal Devonshire experience.

Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with ensuite shower room with private entrance. Tea\coffee making facilities. There are facilities to wash off and dry wetsuits and boards. I live and work onsite so I am always on hand to welcome guests and to answer any questions.
