Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Fantastic place! Very close to Colonial Williamsburg. Place is a bit secluded which is great after a full day of sightseeing. Nice to come back to a little oasis. Very clean, well stocked. Host very responsive, pleasant and flexible. Recommend it highly!

James' place was a perfect place to stay while I was relocating to Richmond with my 2 dogs. The house is a 4 minute drive to my new house and accommodated my dogs and me in all respects! It's such a cozy house, I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying it! Also worth noting, James graciously arranged to extend my stay one day without a lot of notice when I realized I needed a bit more time. Service like that is hard to find!

We were looking for a place to have some family time and some rest and relaxation and man did we find it. The house was cute, close by to everything. spacious loved the hominess and that it allowed us to create lots of memories with those we love. Hoping we can make the trip again.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood that had everything we needed for our extended stay. Tall fenced in yard was a plus for the pup. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions!

We enjoyed the house. It was exactly as described. The amenities were great including laundry detergent and much more.

This was place was amazing to stay at! The house was as pictured, plenty of room/beds for our friend group, and awesome backyard with a pickleball court that’s in great condition! Frank was really responsive and such a nice host. There was even a box of donuts waiting for us as we checked in which were so delicious! (Thanks Frank!) The only thing I’d say could have been improved is that the outside grill area was not very clean (broken glass bottles, multiple dead lighters, rust build up on the grill cover, etc.) but everywhere else in the backyard was nice and tidy. Also, it’s entirely alley/street parking which got a little rough with needing to park a few cars from our group. Overall this place is definitely worth it!! And it was so close to everything we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend this place to any big group wanting to experience the Richmond area.

Stayed here with a small group of friends to attend a concert. The place is spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The back patio was also spacious and nice. Despite being centrally located and close to everything, it wasn't noisy and disruptive outside. Very walkable to just about everything including the bus system that goes east/west on Broad which is very convenient. Highly recommend.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

This was our second stay at Cherrie’s place. We just love it. It has everything we need, is quiet, cozy and clean. Great neighbors and a cute neighborhood. The building itself could use a little upkeep, but once you’re inside River City Den, all is from well. We’ll be back!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

We are absolutely OBSESSED with this place. The silo was everything we imagined and more. The farm animals are literally a few feet away from the front door and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. From riding several miles of bike trails to fishing and boating in the pond, there was never a bored moment. The owners Ashleigh and Mike were super nice and made us feel right at home. This was definitely one of our top spots we’ve stayed at and can’t wait to return in the future!

This was a gem of a place in such gorgeous surroundings. It was truly a special experience to have private access to the pool and huge back patio. I appreciate Lesley’s efforts with such a thoughtful and tasteful beach theme throughout this pool house. We enjoyed everything inside and out!

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

Everything was great at the house Anna. We were very pleased with the spacious and comfy house. Just one thing. There was a rain storm Friday night and a tree branch fell onto the top of my son’s roof rack, damaging it. I would definitely check the tree to the left of the driveway where he was parked as I think more are likely to fall. Marilyn

We will definitely stay again. Jerry was an extremely good host. It was very peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Just wanted to say Chelsea was an amazing host. She answered my questions within minutes. It seemed like lol we had a great time and the place was well kept and well stocked. I would definitely use her place again.

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our short stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathroom was clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but a quick drive to great food and things to do. We appreciated the snack basket, what a sweet touch!

Good spot for travelers with dogs. Fenced back yard and safe walkable neighborhood. Short drive to Scott’s Addition and Cary St. areas.

What a wonderful weekend at Alex's place! The space is actually larger than we expected and had wonderful natural light. We loved the modern decor - the aesthetic was perfectly balanced to update the historical elements of the house. The first thing we did was jump on the trampoline in the backyard! YES. Knocked 10 years off of me and immediately set the mood for a refreshing, fun weekend. Thanks, Alex!

Loved the cottage feel of the space. Parking was easy and private, which is wonderful in a city area. Walkable to stores, restaurants, local grocery. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay. its only a ferry ride away from Jamestown and Williamsburg and the ferry was cool. Would definitely stay again.

One of my favorite Airbnb rentals. Very nice space for a couple in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, very nice wooded view. Great communication with owners, they even borrowed us a cooler for our stay. Thank you Teresa and James.

Honestly, this could be the best Airbnb experience we have had to date. The house was actually nicer than the pictures, completely spotless and very quiet. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard. Steven was extremely accommodating and responsive. We felt so welcomed as this home was above and beyond with cookies and fresh fruit and water which were a lifesaver after being exhausted from a long drive. Steven even asked us if we needed cream in the morning for our coffee! I truly can’t say enough about this place as five stars doesn’t seem like enough. The bed was super comfy and we had such a great, quiet nights rest! We can’t thank you enough Steven and will definitely consider staying for during our Florida travels next year!!
