Michael was fantastic with responding quickly, this home was beautiful & is a great location if you're looking to visit the white mountains! my friends & I had a great stay, we would definitely book again!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

Bryan and Monica are excellent hosts and myself and those who stayed had an awesome experience over the course of the 6 weeks we spent at their location. We would highly recommend staying at their properties and plan on spending more time in the area again soon.

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

Thank you Russ! What a beautiful experience. We loved staying at this beautiful home, my husband says we will be back every year. If we were not getting our own “Vacation House” we probably would be back every year. Russ gave very clear and straight forward instructions before check in, at check in, and at checkout. He wasnt picky or over bearing. Just straight forward and let us enjoy! Simplicity at its best. We forgot a few things behind and had to return, Russ answered quickly and made it easy for us to be able to return for our things. Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Our stay at Dogtown Cabin was absolutely wonderful! Julie was consistently available for any questions or concerns and she was kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy yet spacious. Plus it was equipped with everything we needed to help make our stay comfortable. They had some great trails on the property and my family had a great time exploring them. The beautiful property is serene and private but close enough to a lot of tourists destinations. And let’s not forget the animals! My son had a great time meeting the horses and chickens. But I will say hands down the best part of our stay were our adorable furry hosts, Darwin and Azore! They greeted us every morning! Hanging out with them made our stay even more special! We honestly can’t wait to come back.

Me and my party enjoyed every minute of our stay at Tom’s cabin! The cabin itself was spacious, cozy, and clean. The surroundings were also beautiful, right next to a nice neighborhood and lake. Thomas was a fantastic host and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was always there to answer questions and help out when needed. Overall, amazing trip and I would 100% go back!

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

I booked the house as a place for my family of 6 (4 adult children) and our black lab, to come together for Easter weekend. Since my boys live in Portsmouth we only needed 2 bedrooms and this house made the perfect getaway and place to host dinners. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed the enormous fenced in yard all weekend. The host had many yard games which we played and our lab was so happy too. The fire pit was an added bonus for a night of s’more making. We truly had a wonderful time and the house really felt like home. Ps the stairs are fine once you get used to them. Rebecca was responsive and a wonderful host.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

This is our 3rd stay at one of their Airbnb’s and they are always so accommodating. Places are always clean and well stocked. Communication is great! Will Be staying again on our next visit!

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

Mikes place was a great stay while in. New Hampshire. Lots of stuff to do on the lake and everything you need is within walking distance!! I nightly recommend this condo on the lake

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

It was so great staying at Corey’s place! It was just liked described and it was a great launch pad to explore Quechee and the surrounding area. We enjoyed it so much and would love to go back!

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with 5 adults and one dog. We walked in and immediately felt at home. This was one of the most well appointed places I have ever rented...it had everything we needed and more . The kitchen and the living space was quite comfortable. The beds were wonderful. There is a trail to the river right across the street which we used several times. I can't think of a negative thing to say.

Rita was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Place was clean and inviting, close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!
