Woubrugge Logies - Private Chalet in The Green Heart

This cosy, private chalet is perfectly located in The Green Heart of The Netherlands. By car only half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, Haarlem, The Hague, Delft, Gouda or the beaches. Woubrugge itself is a lovely small town along a characteristic canal that ends up in lake Braassemermeer. Sail, surf, swim, rent a motorboat, explore the beautiful surroundings by biking or hiking or relax in the garden. The chalet is a studio (40m2); comfortable for 2 persons. As the sofa bed can be transformed to a double bed the chalet is also suitable for young families or a group of friends. The chalet has one room (studio: 40m2) with a private bathroom. There is a double bed (size 210 x 160 cm) and a sofabed (size 200 x 140 cm). In the studio you will find a tv, a table with 4 chairs and a completely equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster and a coffee-machine (coffee, tea and Dutch cookies (stroopwafels) are included in the price). A microwave for the guests is in the barn, next to the chalet. In this barn guests may park also their (rental) bikes or a pram. There is enough space for 4 persons, but do realize that you share the same room. The chalet is facing South, so you can enjoy the sun all day. And if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can sit under the large parasol. You will also find a cosy veranda to relax on and a lawn with fruit trees. Guests may use the chairs in front of the house on the riverside quay where you can sit, relax, have a drink and enjoy the spectacle of boats passing by. The chalet offers complete privacy. However, if you have any question or special wishes, we are most of the time in the neighbourhood or we can be reached by telephone. We love to help our guests and have a chat with them, if they like. Woubrugge is a small town half an hour or less from Leiden, Amsterdam, The Hague, and beaches. Follow the canal to The Braassemermeer, a lake which offers sailing, canoeing, and swimming. Bike, hike, and rent a motorboat to explore further afield. If you come by car: there are enough public parkingplaces near to the chalet. (for free). Public transport: Woubrugge can easily be reached by bus from Leiden Central Station. But also from Amsterdam / Schiphol Airport there is a good connection by train/speedbus. Woubrugge is part of several beautiful hiking and biking routes, so for hikers and bikers Woubrugge is a perfect place for a stay over night or for a longer period. - Smoking is not allowed in the chalet! There are games and on request we can prepare boxes with various toys for children aged 2-12. On the riverside quay you find a fine bakery. Apart from buying fresh bread and rolls there, you can have a coffee and pastries on the terrace overlooking the canal. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can have a delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant Disgenoten. Also this restaurant has a beautiful terrace on the waterside.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Alle energie komt via zonnepanelen. Op het terras kunt u genieten van de zon en van het uitzicht op de haven. Ook beleeft u plezier aan de rustige ongedwongen sfeer van Aalsmeer.

Onze B&B is voorzien van alle moderne faciliteiten zoals bijvoorbeeld een moderne keuken, Philips hue verlichting, smart TV en Quooker. De gezellige veranda is compleet met een luxe jacuzzi en houtkachel. De B&B met grote privétuin en vrij uitzicht is door een schutting volledig afgeschermd van de woonboerderij en alleen voor u als gast toegankelijk. Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

Het ligt op loopafstand van het strand, is sfeervol ingericht, heeft een eigen ingang, is geschikt voor 2 personen (geen baby’s) en heeft een eigen terras aan het water. In de omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en (kite)surfen. Het guesthouse is voorzien van vloerverwarming dus ook in de winter kunt u hier heerlijk verblijven. Er is een privé parkeerplek en tevens is de locatie goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

Dit charmante en knusse verblijf met stijlvolle inrichting, is centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Leiden en het strand. Alles op 30 minuten rijden. Er is een eigen entree. Men komt binnen op de begane grond. Hier is een privé toilet, privé badkamer en wasmachine. Boven zijn twee kamers, een slaapkamer met flatscreen TV (Netflix en YouTube ), ontbijt/werkkamer en kledingkast.
