Helena is great and gee place is awesome. 2nd time we stayed here and we will stay again next time we are in Homer. Close to the spit, on Beluga lake you can watch the float planes in the summer. Quiet in the winter. You won't regret this rental

Great last minute spot that I booked. The view of the lake is beautiful and watching the planes take off and land. Only thing I didn’t account for was how loud these little planes are especially when they’re taking off at 6:30am. If you want to sleep in just keep that in mind. I would stay here again though.

We stayed here as we planned multiple trips to Katmai and Katchemak via Seaplane. If you are planning to do that, this place is awesome. Please be aware of the flights coming in and out of the lake as it can be noisy if you plan to sleep in. Other than that, the location is great! A walk down from the brewey, multiple seaplace services (one outside your door!) and a restaurant upstairs! This is on top of the great firepit for you to use!

The view from the room was awesome, loved listening to the waves as we slept. Enjoyed our walks on the beach. Room was a good size for us. Also loved the Panini sandwich we got for lunch. Overall, was good spot for our 2 day stay.

This property is beautiful and the home was very clean uncluttered. Our host was helpful, responsive, and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Ginger was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful home for our family with two babies. It was very comfy and free of clutter for the little ones. The host was very friendly. The house had everything you could need. One thing though is that if you need to use the hose, the host needs to turn it on manually.

What a view!!! Cannot be beat! Connie was very responsive to our questions. The bungalow was spotless, very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and fans in every room. We did t need the fan for our stay, but it was nice to know they were there if we needed. We saw a bald eagle fly by every night. And a bull moose was seen in the yard one morning. Watched him through the kitchen window. Thanks Connie for sharing your place with us. We hope to return again. And if we do, we will definitely stay here!

Our family of 5 and an infant stayed and enjoyed every minute. House is beautiful, view is absolutely stunning, there is a lot to do on the premises and in surrounding area. We spent a lot of time walking beaches and boardwalks of spit area, incredible hiking using the water taxi, caught a lot of fish, and crossed many items off of our list. Even though we didn’t use fire pit, it looks awesome. Home is clean and very well stocked. Connie was great to work with - highly recommend!!

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone considering it! It was cozy and the scenery was breathtaking! The kitchen was well equipped and the freezers were perfect for freezing our catch. It’s close enough to Homer to drive in easily for the shops and food but is great if you want to be away from town.

What an amazing home! Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. It was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room and privacy for all. Our grandchildren loved all the Alaskan stuffed animals that were scattered around the home and the games that were available for them. Beautiful artwork and furniture throughout the home and comfortable beds maded the home extra special. We all really appreciated the architecture, especially of the ceiling in the living room. Even the kids were amazed. The views of the bay were breathtaking and we were blessed with clear skies and a full moon. Cameron was very easy to communicate with and available if needed. Spent three nights, but wish we could have stayed longer.
