Great neighborhood with big beautiful old homes full of charm. 3 minutes to interstate 91 and a grocery. Close to Six Flags and all the colleges, Northampton and Amherst. Private second floor porch and parking on the street directly in front of the home. The host lives in the home in another unit. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with many conveniences nearby.

Our farm is a quiet, 5+ acre haven one mile from the center of Easthampton and 8-12 minutes from Smith College/Northampton. It's a great base from which to explore all the restaurants, cultural and outdoor activities offered in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. The private studio apartment is on the first level of our rustic farmhouse and offers a queen bed, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. A sofabed is available for an extra $20 fee, please request this upon booking.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and sunny. Full of charming and quirky old details like original windows, hardwood floors, and not many right angles. Definitely not a vanilla box. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. It is steep by contemporary standards and the tread depths are all a little wonky.

Second floor apartment down town Florence. 2-3 blocks from Drawing board (a brewery), Cafe Evolution, coopers (local market/conscience) and the Pie Bar. Steep stair entering the apartment. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor and a loft with 2 beds on the 3rd floor. There are 2 other units so being thoughtful about noise is appreciated. : ) Ginny
