Nice apartment in Søllerød, 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom (total 65 sqm). Kitchenette with fridge, electric kettel, and microwave. No stove and no cooking. 20 min from Copenhagen by car. Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. The house has a large living room with a gas fireplace, an office and heated floors. The bedroom upstairs are with a king size bed, close to the bathroom. Downstairs are one double bed in the corner in a bright room, with a toilet nearby . The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with a fantastic view and 2 terrasses and a big garden. Only 9oo m from public transportations, supermarket, bakery and fast food. 30 min. from downtown Cph, by car and max 1/2 hour by train from Holte station.

The house is situated by a large swimming lake with paddle board, canoe, fishing and more. The lovely barbecue area is just next to the lake and you can sail to the woods. We love it here and we are sure you will too. The house interior is in nordic style and fits 8 people comfortably. Lovely garden with trampoline and fun for all ages. Private access to a wonderful big terrace overlooking our private garden. There is no access for guests to our private garden and pool. One bathroom is in connection with one of the bedrooms, the other bathroom is in the hall next to the eat- in kitchen. No television.
