We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

3 friends who catch up every few months, perfect lay out of living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. Great for jogging in the morning and visiting the beach at lunch time. Exceptional host, took care of everything from kitchen to bathroom needs - left wanting for nothing. Would stay again in a heart beat.

A beautiful and well equipped cottage which was private and peaceful. Rebecca gave us clear instructions and useful information about places to park which was never an issue. It is a charming village with a lovely walk to the beach. The garden is enclosed so dog friendly and we really enjoyed cooking our supper on the bbq! Thank you for a perfect break!

Lovely quirky house in a perfect position for Norfolk coast. Walk to the abbey perfect for dog walks. House has everything we needed. Summer house perfect for sundowners, curling up reading books and playing cards with our kids.

Smooth booking and then leading to our stay clear instructions for checkin shared. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very cosy and plenty of amenities to get us settled like being at home. The playing fields across the way were perfect for the kids to enjoy. Location of the cottage was ideal for visiting Wells and Sandringham. Lovely touch too with the homemade cake on arrival.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Two huge double bedrooms and one twin but all with en-suites! We loved the bright decor. Very well equipped kitchen. When we had the slightest of problems with heating Nicki immediately responded to our text even though it was 7am and we were warm as she could control remotely!!! We had a fabulous few nights and shall definitely return!!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

My mother and I came here for a Monday to Thursday stay and we absolutely loved it! it's setting is fantastic as you are in the centre of Cromer and a few steps away from the beach front and promenade! the home furnishings were amazing and spotless, the bed was so comfortable I could've stayed in it all day! the kitchen was beautiful and very big with more than enough room for the two of us. we found the kitchen floor to be quite sticky but everything that we needed was there so we sorted that out without issue. we would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing time at Lime Tree Lodge. Very comfortable accommodation and great having the hot tub.

Communication from Angie excellent throughout the experience. The flat was within 2 minute walking distance of the town centre. Parking at the rear was probably big enough for three cars but easily two and very private. We had four motorcycles on it easily. Very clean, spacious with all the facilities you would expect in a self contained flat. Even had our own private patio and garden where we ate and drank in the sun. Very quiet. One double en-suite. A double and bunk in the other room with a family bath/shower/toilet available. Lounge with freeview tv where I was able to sign in on my Netflix account. Kitchen with all facilities and a dining room in the middle. Can’t wait till next year if it’s available 👍

We had a wonderful stay on Norwich here - easy walk to Norwich City Centre and also closer bars and restaurants. The flat was full of character and very comfortable, easy to follow information pack. Well stocked for a home from home experience. We hope to return soon.

We have been to Hunstanton for years. This was a bit new for us doing a solid accommodation rather than camping or caravan. With a small grandson with us this made more sense, although he found some of the walking distances too much everything was top notch and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Sami.

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

Stunning house and location. ideal for our work trip and hot tub and pool table added some evening entertainment.

A lovely stay, in a lovely house. Perfectly situated for being right in the middle of town, which our boys loved as the weather wasn’t great this time.. so the amusements got a fair few visits. Lovely kitchen and great for the extended family we had come with us. Christian was so accommodating with us having a young son with diabetes and travelling with insulin. Lovely welcome pack too, which was much appreciated. Thank you !

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

We had a great stay at Ivor’s, the location was so close to the beach and the property was exactly as it looked on the pictures, we would love to go back and stay again.

Just the best way to welcome in 2025! The house was so warm and welcoming - and the best equipped kitchen ever!!! Such a joy - felt right at home, space for the family and what a sociable kitchen/dining area. Fantastic.... Location in Heacham is great - we drove to various beaches to walk the dogs and everywhere was very accessible. Never stayed in such a dog friendly house before - even equipped with a dog shower! Lots of really thoughtful touches like covers on the sofas so we could relax and so could the pooches! Definitely recommend Holly House and hopefully we will be back!
