Tony's place was very clean and comfortable. The house was just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. The house is in a great location if you are visiting the Amish country. The drive to Millersburg and Berlin is beautiful and close. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to pick up some snacks and deli items at the local Amish grocery. Tony was a great host with providing water, snacks and coffee; he even had decaf coffee! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

This place was just what we needed. We rented this place following a death in the family locally and we needed somewhere for family to gather and be together. This house and the property was everything we could ask for. Quiet. Peaceful. Spacious enough to allow for individual space when needed. The property is beautiful. The house has character and comfort. The hosts have stocked EVERYTHING a person could need. And it has an amazing vibe and history. It felt to all of us that there has been much love and laughter in this historic home which is just what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

This place was absolutely phenomenal. The house itself was very clean. It had tons of space for everyone that came down for the weekend. The game room is such a huge bonus to this stay, we ended up spending most of our time in here. The hot tub is also great and works perfect. I would highly recommend this place and plan to come back in the future!

JoAnn was incredibly responsive and made sure all our needs were taken care of, even going the extra mile by sharing helpful information about local golf courses. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay. The space was cozy, with a few well-chosen antique furnishings that blended beautifully with modern comforts, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for all of us. Tucked away in a peaceful location, it was impressively quiet, making it easy for the kids to sleep soundly and for us to unwind after busy days. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone woke up refreshed. The property was beautiful, with tasteful decor, a lovely covered back porch, and a second-floor deck. This was a fantastic stay that suited us perfectly, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

We found Judy's place to be very welcoming, clean, and supplied with everything you could possibly want. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances were up to date the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The pots and pans and utensils, etc., were high quality. The gas grill was clean and in good working order. We made use of the extra refrigerator in the garage which was quite handy. The laundry room was top notch. Judy also supplied many unexpected extras and was very responsive during our stay.

It was a beautiful home, one that I would gladly stay in again. Besides a few minor issues with light switches in the rooms, everything else was smooth and comfortable. Plenty of space, way more than I expected to be honest. The host was so friendly and quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. Overall, a really great stay.

Had another peaceful stay at Premier Lodging. We had no problems while there n even managed a couple of friendly neighbors in the 2 cabins to the side of ours!

We had a wonderful weekend stay in the woods at this spot. We felt secluded, but close to Amish country favorite spots.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. The house was beautiful. Angela obviously takes pride in hosting her house. Angela was attentive to every need. Such a peaceful, unique place to stay. Very cozy and relaxing. The outdoor tub and fire were amazing. You can see the other houses but still have privacy. WiFi and cell service was spotty which was only a concern for my “what if I am needed for an emergency” worrying self but that made it easier to unplug and unwind. Highly recommend this place to connect with your special someone.

My wife and I and our dog Esther had the pleasure of being Terri's first guests at Waltonut Grove - it's always exciting to try new things, but this far exceeded our expectations across the board. When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the front porch - the pictures don't do it justice! Even with a cool and rainy weekend, we spent as much time out there as we could, from morning coffee to evening meals. Inside, the space is cozy and warm - a nice sitting area with internet-capable smart TV, a small kitchen with all the amenities needed to prepare a nice meal (including a cross-functional toaster oven/air fryer that came in quite handy), and some high-top space for shared meals if indoors. The larger bedroom is comfortable, with a spacious closet for storage and extra blankets (did I mention cozy?). Take advantage of the beautiful areas surrounding! We loved Millersburg especially, and are still eating our chocolate truffles from Troyer's Sweet Shoppe!

We stayed one night for our anniversary. The apartment was very unique and wonderful. I loved petting and feeding the horses. Our only minor complaints were the main road right out front was a little noisy during the day. But it was quiet at night. And we have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was our first with no paper towels, dish towels, or coffee. But there is a Dollar General right down the road so we grabbed what we needed. But other than those minor things the place was very cleaned my husband loved the shower and bed. And it was great that they allow your fur baby to stay with you. We would definitely stay again.

This wonderful place is a hidden gem right next to Berlin, Ohio. It is tucked away on a beautiful piece of property with a few other unique homes. We enjoyed our stay and loved the rustic feel in a modern tiny home.
