IMPORTANT: *One time Registration fee ($50+taxes) and *Resort fee ($40+taxes) per Day ( per property ) will be collected by resort at the checkin time since they were not collected by Airbnb during the booking time.

Nuestro hermoso apartamento tiene acceso directo a la playa, es moderno, con una ubicación privilegiada, cerca a excelentes restaurantes, supermercados y las más famosas tiendas por departamentos de descuentos, entre otras Walmart, Ross, Burlington, y está a pocos minutos en vehículo de Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor, Gulfstream Park. El Resort cuenta con Spa, GYM, Piscina con acceso directo a la Playa. Es una excelente opción sea que nos visites por negocios o por placer.

Studio has bathroom with a (shower included), kitchen area (refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric stove), large built-in closet, comfortable full-sized bed and 48-inch, flat screen TV. The studio is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Guests have a private backyard patio. There is a washer and dryer and beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, and umbrella as well. Free on street parking on Harrison Street.
