Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you
