Höllviken: soggiorni in baite

The house is wonderful and as described it was recently renovated to a good standard. It’s not huge but the large outdoor deck makes up for that when the weather is fine. We stayed at Easter and it was borderline sitting outside but we took advantage of the sunny deck whenever we could! And whatever the weather, the outdoor hot tub is marvellous and the family went for a dip every morning - it’s a really nice tub too with lots of different jet and bubble settings - and super warm! We stayed at Christer’s place as a family of four with two teens, one of whom stayed in the separate guesthouse - which she was delighted about as she could disappear there when she wanted! There isn’t a toilet in the guesthouse but that didn’t bother her, as it’s a relatively short walk. It’s ideal for a smaller family for some time away from the day-to-day in a very quiet and calm setting, just 500m from the seaside! We also brought our bikes and could store them in the outdoor storage which was super!

A very cozy place to stay - with everything you need. I definetly recommend.

Vi (2par) havde 2 dejlige overnatninger og de 2 hytter ligger perfekt ud til vandet. Der er rig mulighed for at slappe af og bare nyde udsigten fra terrassen eller vildmarksbaddet 👏👏 Hytterne og værtsparret kan varmt anbefales

Vi havde et par skønne dage i Jenna og Linus hyggelige hytte ved stranden. Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge, og det lå i naturskønne omgivelser. Fik tilmed spist dejlig aftensmad på deres fine restaurant lige ved siden af. Tak for fine chokolader ved velkomst! Jenna og Linus var generelt meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme værter.

Das Haus von Adam ist ein kleines, süßes Häuschen. Stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Es liegt in einer schönen Waldsiedlung und man kann zu Fuß zum Strand gehen! Auch nach Malmö ist es nicht weit. Es war eine herrlich entspannte Woche. Vielen Dank😊

Uns hat den Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Sehr schön war den Garden, das war groß, von den anderen Häuser und von der Straße nicht sichtbar, was ich besonders gut finde. Unser Sohn hat dort sehr gerne gespielt.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in toller Lage. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig: eingezäuntes Grundstück, auf dem ein Hund frei laufen kann. Tagesausflüge nach Bornholm, Malmö und Lund. Strand in der Nähe. Ystad ist eine süße kleine Einkaufsstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We loved our stay. It was peaceful in the forest. The kids loved the open space. A beautiful beach is nearby.

wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte bei Anders. Es war wunderbar. Ab und zu kam die Katze vorbei und wir konnten den Grill benutzen im schönen Garten. Wer es ruhig haben möchte ist hier genau richtig!:)

We had a wonderful time at this cozy summer house. We especially enjoyed being a walk away from a beautiful nature reserve and beach! Our dog loved all the toys and the spacious garden. Very friendly communication with Linus. Very friendly neighbours, too. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are newly renovated in a tasteful way. Well equipped kitchen and lovey outdoor seating where we spent most of our time.

Das Quartier ist auf dem Grundstück der Besitzer, man kann einen eigenen Teil des Gartens zum Essen oder Sonnenbaden nutzen. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber funktional eingerichtet und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. 5 Minuten Fussweg zum traumhaften Strand.

Glenn’s cabin is exactly as described in the announcement, and he was really kind making sure we were okay. He even offered bikes to explore the area. The cabin was very clean and had all that we needed. The area is quiet and nice, really close to the sea, lakes and forest. Very good experience.

Very sweet home with a cozy comfortable feeling. Extremely comfortable beds. Betty was a treat to have around and helped my son fall asleep quick quick. Small green garden. Friendly Neighbors and a quiet walking area in and around the community. I would recommend this accommodation.

A lovely and cosy holiday accommodation. Very close to the beach. Two bicycles available for exploring the area. We really enjoyed our stay near Kämpinge Strand. Erik described in detail everything you need to know for a pleasant visit. Very recommendable!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus. Ruhige Lage, ca 600m zum Strand, tolle große zum Teil überdachte Terrasse mit extra Essplatz und Gasgrill. Es gibt ein kleines Nebenhaus mit weiteren 2 Schlafplätzen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Beddingestrand ist ein ruhiger Ort, nicht so überlaufen und guter Ausgangspunkt für die Südküste.

Vi trivdes jättebra! Fint boende nära stranden. Rent och fräscht. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, ruhigen Familienurlaub hier. Der eigene kleine Strand eignet sich super zum Kajak fahren und den Sonnenuntergang angucken. Man hat auch noch viel Platz im Garten für Spiele. Agnes und Bertil waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns einen schönen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wenn würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ☺️
