The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

William is a very kind host and very helpful. very clear instructions that were itemized and easy to follow. The apartment was clean and had everything needed and in a great locaiton. William is very responsiveand resolved anything that came up in a matter of minutes. would 100% stay there again!

We stayed here for a month, and it was a great experience overall! What really stood out was Michael’s kindness and attentiveness - he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. He provided lots of essentials for our toddler and even replaced the shower head, which made a huge difference for our extended stay. He was always quick to respond, sent someone to fix things the same day, and restocked kitchen and bathroom essentials whenever needed. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and was spotless - seriously, one of the cleanest Airbnbs we've stayed in! The kitchen is well-stocked, which was perfect since we cooked a lot. You do hear some noise from upstairs during the day, but they keep quiet at night, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Thanks again, Michael, for making our stay so comfortable!

lovely place with patio in a nice neighborhood. has all amenities needed for a longer stay. garage is very small - my full size sedan did not fit - street parking is easy to find, however

We enjoyed our stay in Capitola, the unit was in a perfect location for exploring the area. It was clean, comfortable, and the response from the hosts when we needed a replacement coffee maker was quick and friendly.

We had a great stay at Rainee’s apartment. It was spacious, very clean, and just like the pictures. The location is quiet, safe, and close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in instructions were super clear. Rainee was always helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

Serena and other hosts are very responsive through the chat, and the place is great to stay. Easy to drive around the city and we are enjoying our stay here.

The home was perfect for what we needed and the location was great. The only disappointment was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash options. Some bottles were missing lids and the soap was watery. Other than that, the home was great.

Great place to stay! The location can't be beat. Walkable neighborhood, easy access to local restaurants and activities. Santa Cruz and Mott Beach Cottage was a wonderful place to vacation for us!

This is a great place with awesome views. The living area is perfect for reading a book or just sitting with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful 180-degree sea view. The only issue we faced was that the thermostat was already broken when we arrived. However, due to some misunderstanding, the host reached out and claimed that we had damaged it. This was the only negative experience, but I didn’t want to give a low rating because the place itself is truly beautiful.

Great place for a larger group - four bedrooms with actual beds, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, and big living room space. We enjoyed how walkable it was to downtown shops and restaurants and the ocean.

House was very nice with a large backyard. Very responsive host. Area was peaceful. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Came into town for work and it was nice to have garage storage for some of our equipment during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. This was our second stay at this property and I'm sure we'll be back. They are so responsive and helpful, and always get back to you right away. The place itself is just so perfect. Located right above Santana row, but it feels private. The space is big, and the 2.5 bathrooms really help! They have every amenity you could ask for and then some! you feel right at home. They make checking in and out very easy. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else interested!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying at My’s place. It’s a beautiful location, just steps from the beach. We’ve already booked it again for next year!

After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

This is our second time at Sally's Seaside Condo. Wescrutinized different units and we came back to this one for several reasons - of course, Sally is great to work with, very responsive and helpful. The key amenity is the view - we love the sunset from this unit ... April through the summer from this unit. The view is indeed the killer feature. Everything All the rest is gravy - the unit is setup very comfortable for a weekend stay, walking to restaurants across the street, walking to the beach, hot tub, etc..

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!
