Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. In 10 Minuten gelangst du mit dem Bus in die Mainzer Innenstadt. Entspanne auf der großen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lindenbäume.
