A private unit and yard inside a complex of a villa in the north of Tel Aviv. The unit is well designed and comfortable with a silence like you are in the village.. The villa is located not far from Ramat Hayal and Assuta Hospita,Park Yarkon Concert Center and Expo exhibitionsl. You can find free parking right in front of the villa and there is a municipal parking lot at a cost of NIS 30 for 24 hours. You will find public transportation in all directions in Tel Aviv at the exit of the villa.

The water in the pool can be heated with advance notice (it takes several days until the water reaches a temperature of 31 degrees) and at a separate charge (50 NIS per person and per day - and in advences notice). The pricingis for up to 4 guests. For each additional guest over age of two, an additional payment of NIS 250 per night.
