The Bakehouse - character - history - convenience

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

The perfect base for a visit to Hobart, situated amongst the cafes and shops of picturesque South Hobart, and steps to the glorious Rivulet Track. A 15-minute walk to town (25 mins to Salamanca), or 5-minute drive. This is a beautiful, newly renovated private flat with plenty to inspire your inner scientist. It is a beautiful place to have a drink or dinner and take Hobart in. The apartment has a North facing deck, so you can enjoy an afternoon drink in the sun.
