This is an amazing location. The air is much fresher here near the spacious green park. The view from the balcony is lovely and tranquil. Billy's mom and dad will go above and beyond to ensure that you are well cared for. There is everything that you could possibly need. Soaps, shampoo, dish soap, laundry room with detergent, rooftop area for drying clothes. There are two sets of linens, so that you always have a set for the bed/bath while the other dries from washing. There are lots/frying pans, portable electric stovetop, rice cooker, slow cooker, dishware, & utensils. The refrigerator is in excellent condition. There's a fan and a multiple function air conditioner (cool, dehydration, heat). Whenever I have a "traveler's challenge" Billy's parents are very quick to help sort things out from SIM cards, to receipt of shipments from home, to just a delightful home cooked meal to cheer you up. Considering the current global crisis, covid-19, Billy's parents provided me with masks and keep me updated about government announcements. They have even been good sports about helping me make videos for my YouTube channel. Billy's dad drove us to a shopping mall and filmed the check-in process (temperature checks) to enter the mall/stores. Billy's mom has let me film clips of her delicious food (with room service!!) and I'm looking forward to filming her in the kitchen. They've been outstanding in making me feel welcome and safe. Instead of returning to the USA, I've decided to finish my tourist visa. Vietnam is one of the safest places to be. I'm grateful to have already arrived in country and truly appreciate being here at Kiwihomevn.

Sehr nette Gastgeber:innen, unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Die Unterkunft ist über einem Café, das man tagsüber auch teilweise hören kann. Abends ist es aber im Haus und auch auf der Straße sehr ruhig. Wir hatten bei der Ankunft für 3 Personen zu wenig Geschirr. Alles was gefehlt hat wurde uns auf Nachfrage schnell zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Waschmaschine ist nicht vorhanden, stattdessen wird die Wäsche abgeholt und gewaschen, getrocknet und zusammengelegt zurückgebracht. Bei uns war das sogar innerhalb eines Tages möglich, ohne Aufpreis. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch die Nähe zur Vincom Megamall. Restaurants, Cafés und Street Food direkt vor der Tür.

Great Super Friendly Host, clean and good place to stay in Ha Noi

Excelentní ubytování v klidné čtvrti, nedaleko autobusového nádraží. K použití je celý prostorný byt ve druhém patře vily. Postele i polštáře jsou pohodlné, k dispozici je toaleta se sprchou, kuchyňka a velký pokoj s postelí, sedací soupravou a dostatkem prostoru. Víc popsat nejde, protože jsme přijeli pozdě večer a brzy ráno jsme museli být na autobusovém nádraží, kam nás velmi ochotně odvezl syn majitelky. Děkujeme a DOPORUČUJEME!!!

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us.
