Hoa Xuan: soggiorni in alloggi con posti a sedere all'aperto

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Quite simply the most comfortable and well situated accommodation! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and the beds were VERY comfortable. The hosts even bought my partner a cake for his birthday as a surprise, such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Right in the heart of Hoi An but tucked away and nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting! I hope to visit again soon and stay in this beautiful air BnB :)

Michelle was very accommodating. We were in transit and she was flexible with check in time and stored our luggage after check out. This was enormously considerate as we were traveling with young children. Location is very close to Han market and walking distance to many great restaurants. Would come again the next time we are in vietnam.

Wir waren 6 Tage in der idyllischen Unterkunft von Huong und Keith. Wir haben die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und den schönen Garten/die Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet (Filteranlage Trinkwasser, Dampfbügelsystem, Spiele, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine...) Van war eine herausragende Housekeeperin und Huong und Keith hervorragende Gastgeber, die immer schnell mit Tipps und Informationen für all unsere Wünsche unterstützt haben. Eine absolute Empfehlung!!

We stayed for a couple days and we would come back anytime. We loved it and everything was perfect. It has a romantic ambience and you can choose between staying home, there is a pool and you can easily relax or you can also spend some time on the beach, it is only a couple minutes by walking. And the old town you can reach easily by taxi (or Grab). So everything you need ist super close. Quyen was verry friendly and helpfull. They do also laundry for a fair price. So I highly recomend this place❤️

Chúng tôi cảm thấy may mắn khi tìm thấy home này chỉ trước chuyến đi 2 ngày. Home rất xinh xắn, gần biển, khá sạch sẽ, nắng xiên vào phòng ấm áp, xung quanh tiện ích nhiều. Phòng ngủ rộng rãi thoải mái nhưng khu vực sinh hoạt chung như bếp hoặc khuôn viên hơi nhỏ. Vị trí Home này là trung tâm của An bàng. Tuy nhiên, phòng tắm không có vòi sen hơi bất tiện, chúng tôi đi gia đình và nhiều phụ nữ nên cần dùng vòi sen. Đường tìm khá dễ nhưng ngõ nhỏ nên ô tô 7 chỗ vào sẽ chật, bên ngoài cũng khó tìm chỗ đỗ xe vì đường khá đông đúc. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi vẫn may mắn tìm được chỗ đỗ ngay ngoài cửa Home.

Dinh and here family were such welcoming and friendly hosts. Willing and spot on to help with everything you need. And Dinh is a fantastic cook, the food of the restaurant was so tasteful. We also loved the location, bit more quiet street but in 1min you are on the busy street towards Hoi old centre. And on the other side you can head towards the beach. Also enjoyed the swimming pool very much. We had a fantastic stay of a week here.

great place if you go with big family. great locations and many restaurants within 5 mins walk and near to the beach

일정상 조금 빠른 체크인도 가능했었고 위치가 다낭 한시장 근처로 시내 관광하기에는 최적의 위치입니다.

3박 머물렀는데 너무 너무 좋았습니다. 매일 수건과 물 4병이 제공되었고(개인적으로 청소 서비스는 요청하지 않았음), 수영을 즐기기에 완벽했습니다. 프라이빗 해변도 가족이 시간 보내기에 너무 멋졌습니다. 3박으로 공항 드롭오프 서비스도 제공받아서 편하게 여행 마칠 수 있었습니다. 호스트와 수시로 소통이 가능해서 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음에도 다낭 방문하게되면 또 이용하고 싶어요!

Best place in Vietnam during our journey, quiet and relaxing place, we enjoyed the room because the bed (very comfortable), the bathroom clean with hooks which was missing during our journey, this is useful for the towel (they provide plenty towels). They kept our luggage for 5 hours.

Great place for stay. He allowed us early check in. He is always responsive. We would like to stay again. We are family of 8 person and booked flat for 8 person. Since we were provided 3 double bed sufficient for sleep of 6 person, requested for extra bed. For which he charged extra and same was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist schön ruhig und dennoch sind alle Dinge, die man braucht, Markt/ Supermarkt und auch die Innenstadt von Hoi An nicht weit entfernt. Entweder mit dem Fahrrad, was kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt wird oder mit dem Motorrad . Hier wohnen auch auch ein paar Expats und es war toll von ihnen Tipps zu bekommen. Alle Fragen die wir hatten wurden auch von Nana sofort beantwortet. Wir haben den Monat sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

We spent almost one month here and it was very nice. The hosts are extremely responsive, proactive and very friendly. Everything we asked they promptly provide. The location in front of the beach is great to enjoy the sea view, surf, run, or simply stay relaxing at the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful.

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

Leuke accomodaties op een perfecte locatie. Vanne heeft ons onwijs goed geholpen. Ze reageerde heel snel, heeft een boel voor ons geregeld. We hebben een leuke tijd gehad.

Da Nang is a great place for a holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!
