Wow what a gem and great price. I didn’t need the three bedrooms, I mainly got it for the kitchen and it was large and had all the goods. The house was very very clean and I didn’t even need to use the AC, floor fans were enough. It was in a very quiet area and the locals were friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Nissi was just the most accommodating and gracious host. She truly went above and beyond in helping us with the transport facility from the Da Nang Airport. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay a little away from the main Da Nang city but really close to Sun World Bana Hills, look no further. A word of caution though, it’s in a village and can get a bit quiet in the night. All in all a fantastic option! A special thank you to Nissi for all the help and a squeaky clean house .

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

The place was near almost all big spots in Hai Chau, Da Nang. If you're fond of walking, you'll see yourself near the Dragon Bridge, Han River cruise areas, Love Bridge, Son Tra night market (with great finds!), walking street and other tourist go-to's. Thien has been very helpful, proactive and responsive. We were assisted with the luggages since there was no elevator in the place. For all needs that we required, Thien has provided - laundry, ironing, local guide and taxi contact for tours. We were even accommodated with an earlier check in since the room was vacant. The homestay was secure since it can only be accessed by card past curfew hours. Relatively, the place is safe - we can even walk around at night (around 1AM) without safety concerns. Overall, I recommend this place to tourists as it checks almost all that we needed.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean as well, as the kind cleaning staff comes regularly. Vi was always super quick to respond to any of my questions which was helpful. It had everything we needed and the location was great, especially if you have a scooter.

Excellent Location! Just 100m in a straight line from the famous Han Market, making shopping and exploring local life super convenient. As a bonus, the Ăn Thôi Restaurant — awarded a Michelin recognition in 2024 — is right next to the market, perfect for food lovers! You’re also just a short walk away from the iconic Dragon Bridge, where you can enjoy the vibrant night lights and the weekend fire show.
