Marco was a responsive and helpful host. The apartment is well situated, very close to a huge supermarket and Costco. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has all the amenities needed. I have nothing bad to say about the place. My wife, kids and I had a great stay here and would do so again on our next trip to CDMX.

Excelente lugar para la estancia a la cd de México céntrico y lugares alrededor. En cuanto a la estancia súper buen anfitriona y pendiente de cada detalle, el departamento es muy bonito y limpio.

Servicio muy completo por parte de Gina, siempre atenta a las necesidades. Fue un lugar muy agradable y seguro, estacionamiento confiable y fácil acceso, recomendable.

Tuvimos una reunión familiar con cuatro generaciones en la casa. Hubo niños de 1, 3 y 6 años, sus papás y abuelos. La casa es hermosa y cómoda. Preparamos nuestros desayunos en la casa y pedimos comida de restaurantes para comer en la casa. Caminamos a Granja las Americas con los niños. Y fuimos a Chapultepec en Ubers. Disfrutamos mucho la casa. María Roxana siempre respondió pronto a preguntas. Agradecemos su hospitalidad.

Buen lugar y buena ubicación. Solamente tuvimos un poco de problema con la cerradura pero Alfredo nos apoyó con el acceso. Muy amables las personas que nos atendieron en nuestra estadía.

Nos gustó mucho la estancia, tuvimos total privacidad, accesibilidad a la cocina y baños. muy agradable el ambiente y zona.

Mi estancia fue excelente. La ubicación del alojamiento es inmejorable cercana a expo santa fe a 15 minutos en taxi. Es una zona segura y tranquila, con un supermercado a solo 15 minutos caminando. El cuarto estaba perfectamente equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, incluyendo un frigobar y una parrilla eléctrica, agua caliente en todo momento, cuenta con armario y ganchos de ropa. La anfitriona fue sumamente muy atenta y amable en todo momento, siempre pendiente de los detalles: me ofreció agua, café, y me dio recomendaciones locales muy útiles. Además, fue muy educada y agradable para conversar. Y un jardín divino para contemplar mientras te tomas una taza de café. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Polanco! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe it felt, with 24/7 security on site. The neighborhood itself was quiet and upscale, which made it a great place to come back to after busy days exploring the city. We were going to the historic center of Mexico City quite a bit, and while traffic made it about a 30–40 minute drive each way, it was worth it for the peace of mind and comfort we had staying in this area. Highly recommend!

¡Una experiencia excepcional de principio a fin! Desde el momento en que llegué. El alojamiento estaba impecable, con una limpieza sobresaliente, decoración acogedora y cada detalle bien pensado para hacer sentir como en casa. La ubicación fue perfecta, segura y cercana a todo lo que necesitaba. La anfitriona fue sumamente amable, atenta y siempre disponible para cualquier comentario que le hacía, lo cual hizo toda la diferencia. Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

My experience at Andres's apartment was absolutely delightful. The space was comfortable for the two of us and equipped with everything we could need. After days exploring, we enjoyed unwinding on the cozy chaise lounge in the living room, catching up on some TV. Felt secure thanks to the attentive doorman/guard. While the apt did get a little warm at times, the fan provided was perfect for keeping us cool, especially at night. Having a water filter in the kitchen was a much-appreciated. The location, was exceptional! Being in the heart of Roma Norte, with a coffee shop on the same block, had fantastic shopping, incredible restaurants and art galleries within easy reach. The famous bakery was just a block away. I couldn't have asked for a better location. We were also so grateful for Andres's prompt communication when we needed to reach him. The local recommendations he shared were helpful.

He tenido la suerte de quedarme en varios lugares de la ciudad, pero este ha sido mi favorito. El anfitrión y su equipo fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, lo cual hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. El espacio es impecable, muy acogedor y la ubicación es perfecta: segura y rodeada de muchísimas opciones para comer, salir a caminar y pasarla bien. ¡Sin duda volveré a quedarme aquí en mi próxima visita a CDMX!

This place is local and has plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The pictures do match the description. However, the chairs are higher than the table and not comfortable to eat. The place did not have basic toilet trees or utensils to make daily meals. The place was clean and the host did allow a delayed check-out. Thank you for the opportunity to staying here.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We loved our stay at Cha's place! He greeted us when we arrived and helped show us around a little. He was super friendly and helpful and honestly one of the best hosts I've experienced on Airbnb. He allowed us flexible check in & check out times which was great to make arriving and leaving smooth and stress free. The home was clean, spacious, and plenty of room. The wifi was fast and worked well while we did some work and work meetings during the week. The home is right in a perfect area in the neighborhood, Amsterdam is such a beautiful street and we loved walking out and starting there to explore the city. The neighboring business or neighbors did get a little loud on Friday but closing doors and using the provided fan really drowned out the noise and we had amazing sleep the entire trip. Highly recommend!
