The property comes with a full kitchenette, laundry and microwave. We can prep for a Romantic Dinner in the property. Most of the time we are available 24/7. The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that lends itself to privacy. Beyond, there are countless beaches for fun days by the sea, expansive golf courses, historic sites, and fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. You can use Cap Cana transport fee with in the complex by a flat rate fee of US$3 per trip.

Your house, with just under 50 m², is located at the edge of our property, surrounded by plenty of greenery. It has 3 rooms with up to 5 sleeping places. YOU HAVE YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL! The house offers all the comforts, including a flatscreen TV, a music speaker, and of course excellent Wi-Fi. On the large covered terrace, you’ll find a nice gas grill. There is also a fire pit and a jacuzzi, although the jacuzzi is currently not working and not heated.

As well as 2 half bathrooms and a shower at the pool area. NO EVENTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. $300 FEE PER DAY APPLIES.
