Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park. Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. This cabin located 10 min west of Creede has amazing views of the Weminuche wilderness and is walking distance to world class fly fishing on the Rio Grande river. This cabin gives you easy access to outdoor activities and Creede, including the Reparatory Theater. This is the perfect base camp for your next adventure. Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.

Lovely private entrance two-story guest house. Downstairs has living room, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and closet. Upstairs loft features panoramic views of mountains and private porch overlooking aspens. Quiet downtown location one block from downtown shopping and restaurants. Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

Backcountry Basecamp 1

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
