Beautiful little house. AC works great upstairs and Downstairs. The bed was very comfortable. Full Kitchen available for all your cooking needs. The farm animals are all well kept and very sweet. We took our fur babies with us and had no problems. Blue crab are very easy to catch with a trap and some chicken legs. I fished everyday while I was there, Weather was perfect and I had an assortment of live bait and artificial but no fish this time, it happens. The host was very nice and even allowed us the use of all of the docks on the property. Very nice and peaceful. We had a great experience overall

We were on a ladies golf and shopping trip and we were very pleased with the location. We were close to everything we needed. House was clean and the perfect size for our group. Also the neighborhood felt safe!

We enjoyed a lovely stay with two other couples and were delighted with the lodging. Francis was proactive in communicating, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The home and furnishings were tasteful and inviting. The three bedrooms and baths were equally comfortable, so there was happily no question as to who got “the best room!” We chose to stay in for dinner one night and had everything we needed to prepare a lovely gourmet meal. The location was within easy walking distance of all the major landmarks, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We would heartily recommend this home to anyone seeking to stay in an authentic historical residence equipped with all the modern conveniences.

We loved staying here and this will be our new go to play to stay! The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the dock was perfection and the back yard with the pool couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had everything you could need including being pet friendly. This will be our new place to stay for vacation!

We stayed for a long weekend girls trip. It was a little tricky getting to the unit by car but only because the streets around that area are a little confusing. We managed to find it and were so excited when we walked in! The unit is so charming, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable to a lot of things...tons of great restaurants, rooftop bars, and historical sites. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. It was great having so many amenities, including paper products, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again and loved everything about Savannah!

All was as advertised. Extremely comfortable beds in all rooms. This home was inviting and well designed. One minor note, for those who need a walker or wheelchair for themselves or member of their party. The entry to the bathroom is not possible as it is too narrow. If this is not a factor you need to consider, then you will be very happy with your stay.

Amazing location! Mary is very on top of it and responsive. I spent a girls weekend with 4 of us ladies, and we had a blast. Quick access to the river, and other areas by foot. Thank you for having us!

My husband and I reserved Kate’s place because we are working in the area. Her place was perfect for us to work and unwind. The pond is absolutely mesmerizing. I found my self gazing at it while I worked from their king size bed. Clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, grocery and some shopping. Perfectly located within driving distance of Tybee Island and Savannah. We hope to rent her place again for future projects in the area.

The space was great, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It's right next to the park, great coffee shop just down the street. We rented a vehicle but honestly walked most days to enjoy the sights, weathers and surroundings. It's a great location, far enough away from the high traffic of river street but also close enough to get to easily.
