This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The unit has the upgraded "open bedroom" concept to allow more room to move about the condo compared to other one bedroom ocean villas. The bedroom and living room each have smart TV's setup for streaming. Free WIFI is available throughout the complex. The condo is also equipped with a portable crib and highchair. Beach Chairs, a backpack cooler and an assortment of beach toys are also provided.

Our spacious two bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa overlooks a large swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates six people. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to be a home-away-from-home.  The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer.  There is seating for six at the dining room table.  The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.
