This is a Lake house on Berry Lake. Enjoy the lake sitting on the porch enjoy your drink of choice while watching the ducks and swans swim across the lake. Bring your fishing poles and fish from the dock. You can launch your canoe or kayaks from the community beach area just a short distance from the house. We are close to Hillsdale College, antique shops, other lakes, and Amish stores. Our home is fully stocked with bedding, towels, laundry supplies, kitchen supplies, as well as internet.

Take the kayaks and SUPs exploring, or enjoy ice skating or fishing when the lake’s frozen.

Bluebird Trails

This is a working farm with hands-on learning of organic gardening practices, market gardening, winter gardening, farmers market and CSA prep and sales, as well as sheep husbandry, including assisting with lamb births and herding. Other hands-on learning experiences include sourdough bread and jam making as well as canning. You will leave with increased knowledge of sustainable agriculture, self-sufficiency and a feeling of being at one with the earth.

Newly renovated and stocked with all you'll need, Frogmore is a clean, cozy, bright and airy, two bedroom, one bathroom, 550 square foot cottage. Frogmore is just two miles from downtown Hillsdale and three miles from Hillsdale College. Relax on the deck that overlooks the lake and enjoy the kayaks to explore the shoreline of the largest lake in Hillsdale County!

The Hilltop Hideaway on Little Long Lake

This is a small, cozy cottage, with a huge view. Enjoy your morning coffee relaxing on the deck while watching the sunrise over the lake. The cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, living room with couch and loveseat, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full/twin bunkbed), and a full bath. The maximum number of guests is 5. This is a true tiny house, but when you are at the lake you are there to enjoy the lake.
