Country cottage studio with queen bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Peaceful setting with wonderful walking paths on working farm. Near Scarborough Fair and Antique Alley. Private cottage, many clearings in the woods suitable for tent camping of children while adults enjoy the cottage! Within an hour of Fort Worth yet remote enough to still see the Milky Way at night. Bring your telescope! Owners grass airstrip under renovation but inquire about using the neighbors.

A warm welcoming cabin with a beautiful view tucked away in the woods. The cabin has access to the Brazos river with a public boat ramp, located less than 1/2 a mile away. This cabin sleeps 8-10 people, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. This charming cabin offers an amazing wrap-around porch, and a great walkout basement. There is also a lower lever patio perfect for grilling out, hanging out with the family, playing games, and cooking s'mores on a fully stocked fire pit.

If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

Relax and enjoy yourself at Lake Whitney. While our location is not directly on the lake, a brief walk will lead you to the water's edge, where beach areas await. We are located in a friendly, beautiful neighborhood and walking to the lake is one of our favorite things to do. Close proximity to Whitney Ridge, several marinas, restaurants, trails, golfing, wineries, wedding venues and Waco and Dallas. Boats are welcome, plenty of room.
