Groups of friends are welcome, but please note the bedrooms are small, designed primarily for resting after a day of exploring. The true heart of the house lies outdoors—our generous garden and inviting pool overlooking the paddy fields offer plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. Nestled in lush Mihiripenna, Serendipity House is just minutes from beautiful Thalpe and Unawatuna beaches.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Built in 1956, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is ideal for celebrating an event or practising Yoga. The main house has a brand new roof! We have excellent wifi coverage. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, you can enjoy it like home. It boasts a large kitchen, with an American fridge, an Air fryer, an oven, a coffee maker and all the mod cons to allow for easy cooking. There is one other room set apart from the main house, which I normally use.
