Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Deer View Lodge

Relax with the whole family or friends at Deer View Lodge. Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

The Pump-House offers studio accommodation for up-to two people and is located within the gardens at Little Fisher Farm. The self contained studio property has the option of either two single beds or a super-king double. A kitchen and en-suite shower bathroom are located at one end. Views are to the west over the gardens and the surrounding farmland. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden & farmland. Fisher Dairy Cottage

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The garden is fully enclosed with a picnic bench and BBQ. Sally is a 200hr registered yoga teacher. If you are interested in a yoga flow for any ability please message me to enquire.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

A beautiful, newly built spacious Shepherds hut with own garden and storage area for boards, bikes and Wetsuits. There is also an option to use a small open fronted barn to park a small car, for any motor enthusiasts that are visiting the nearby Goodwood racetrack. The Witterings, Selsey beaches, Chichester centre and Chichester Harbour are all around 10 minutes drive away. Portsmouth is a 30 minute drive away and Pagham harbour and the RSPB reserve is a short walk from the hut.

Our newly refurbished local pub The Anchor just 150 yds away and many other country pubs and eateries nearby including the famous Crab and Lobster

Holiday chalet in Selsey

Enjoy some time away in this stylish chalet on the popular Selsey country club site. The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. The Cabana club (may to september) offers a well stocked bar, pool table and darts as well as family entertainment including Bingo, quiz nights and live entertainment.
