It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

Welcome to our retreat in west London! This stylish Two-Level Basement Split is a guest suite ideal for friends and families. Our 1+Den has 2 comfy Queen Beds, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchenette with every appliance you need, and a foosball table for some competitive fun. Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!
