Our chalet is only a few minutes to Summersville Lake and the Gauley River. You’ll love our chalet it is Private, Relaxing, has Gas Log Fireplace, Hot Tub, Loaded kitchen, provides linens, bedding, pillows, towels, laundry room and full bathroom. Large deck, with Picnic Table and Gas Grill. Fire pit. We are in the heart of whitewater rafting country, Zip lines, horse back riding, four wheeling and hiking. Minutes to Summersville, parks and restaurants. We have breathtaking views of the stars.

Have one foot in the NRG National Park, one foot in the yard! 15 minutes to the Visitors Center, 3 minutes to Fayetteville. The only listing that is surrounded on 3 sides by the New River Gorge Nat Park, and the Arrowhead Bike Trails. It is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, bird watchers, trail runners, rock climbers, kayakers, and anyone who enjoys peace and quiet. Park your car, ride single track trails from the house. It feels secluded, yet Fayetteville is only 3 miles away via trail or car.

We have 3 outdoor spaces and a bbq area. Our covered deck is 18' long and has a picnic table and other seating and the front porch has a nice swing

The property is in a private setting surrounded by 60 acres of private land and is centrally located to The New River Gorge National Park, Summersville Lake, Babcock State Park, Hawks Nest State Park, and very close to the Meadow River Rail Trail.

The Vandalia House is located on our 300 acre farm bordering The Gauley River National Recreation Area with direct access to both the Gauley and Meadow rivers. A gorgeous home in a stunning & private location. We have private trails, access to rivers right here on the property. Close by there is whitewater rafting, mountain biking, boating, golfing, climbing, & fishing. 20 minutes to outstanding restaurants.
