One of the best places we have ever stayed in for one of our regular meets. The heated swimming pool was the main reason we chose it. It was also very spacious, clean and in a great location. Will be back soon!

Really helpful and straight forward throughout. All helpful extras in place to make for an easy holiday. plus a pool time share and pizza oven. what's not to like?

We had a big family gathering with lots of coming and going over four nights. Sue was really kind - from unexpected dogs to over enthusiastic kids, we couldn’t have asked for better, more patient hosts. Really special weekend for lots of reasons and very grateful for such a lovely place to stay.

Can't reccomend Langton Hall and Ellie enough! 12 of us stayed there (inc 2 small children) and we couldn't have asked for better. The pictures don't do it justice and Ellie was so responsive and friendly prior to arriving and the staff onsite during our stay were also lovely. Highly reccomended.

If you're looking for a sumptuous accommodation in easy walking distance of the York Train Station and surrounds, this AirBnB is fantastic. As home cooks we organised a grocery delivery straight to the house, which arrived promptly. There's also a small Sainsbury's tucked in the side of the York train station opposite the glassed Family Room for urgent supplies. The modern kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal. There is a separate, combined lounge dining area overlooking the garden which is great for entertaining. We enjoyed going up and down the carpeted stairs to the upper levels, as it was a novelty for us, however this might not suit someone with mobility challenges. We loved staying in this AirBnB and thought the amenities were better than most five star hotels. We would definitely book again.

Great house, lots of space, a bathroom for each room was a massive perk for us! 20-25 minute walk into the centre, but some cafes less than 10 min walk away! Great stay, Naz was lovely and helpful. Thank you!

John was really helpful and great at keeping in touch. The property was good value for money and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and touches like washing pods and toiletries were appreciated.

Very good stay, even when something was needed it was sorted quickly. Good location for pub and easy to get into town or other local areas.

Lovely place and felt right at home... the many messages regarding parking felt excessive however and someone was actually parked in the recommended spot. Apart from that I would love to stay again and this place is a gem

The Cow Shed is a perfect place to stay - it is centrally located, has the perfect host and offers the chance to embrace what country life is all about with goats, sheep and chickens close to hand if you want to say hello to them. A wonderful place and I’ll be back!!

We had a lovely stay at this annex. We had pretty much everything we could need. The snacks and wine were a nice touch. The annex was clean and well-presented. It was a bit cold in the annex but there was a heater and an electric blanket in the bed.

Really attentive hosts, they checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay. Kitchen came with the basic essentials which was helpful. There was plenty of space and parking available. 10 minute bus into the centre of Leeds.

Beautiful place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person! pool table is a great addition to the house, nice and spacious too would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay here☺️

Amazing venue, spacious living space which was appreciated by all. The children loved the toys they found and the adults enjoyed the grounds, Poole and table football. Kitchen facilities were excellent and we all fit around the dinner table with ease and comfort. If you need a special place for a group get together this is the place to go. So much better than a formulaic bland hotel. Thanks to the team.

We had a fantastic stay. Gaynor’s home is more than what we expected and the little extras were very appreciated. Its a lovely walk into the city and taxis were very reasonable if you didnt fancy the walk back. Overall a lovely break and we will be back.

This stunning little brand-new cottage was absolutely amazing! Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and full of charm. The cosy garden—complete with twinkling fairy lights—felt like stepping into a dream, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The mesmerising view from both the bedroom and sitting room, overlooking peaceful fields and unforgettable sunsets, was the true centrepiece of this home. It offered the perfect escape from busy city life. The host was incredibly welcoming, with thoughtful touches like biscuits, milk, and even a bottle of wine waiting on arrival—such a lovely surprise! Communication was quick, efficient, and friendly throughout. I highly recommend this place and am already looking forward to coming back. A true hidden gem!

Had a wonderful 3 nights at Celeste’s beautiful home, the house was very clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Bus stop near to the house for easy access to York town centre and a nice pub just a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely return.
