This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. There is a Park and Ride facility just 2 minutes/400 metres from the property opposite the B&Q store, and around the corner from the bus stop where many bus can be taken directly into the City. The property is a leisurely 35/40 minute walk to the centre of town. There is parking space on the drive to park the car, or directly outside the property. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe
