A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
